We do hope mew had a nice weekend, are refreshed and full of vim and vigour for the week ahead. 

 Melvyn's top tip for surviving the week ahead and staying completely stress-free is to put on your favourite tunes and dance like no one is watching. Mew'll feel so much better in just a few minutes! MOL

Just look at those moves! 

 Let's jump right in and start as always with our little breathing exercise, which we're sure mew all have down paw by now...  but if mew've forgotten, stop what mew're doing for a moment and take deep fulfilling breaths, counting to five on the inhale and five on the exhale:

Welcome to our 100th Colouring Post! 

OMC, we can hardly believe we've shared 100 mandala's with mew, that makes us Zen Experts fur sure! MOL

We hope mew really enjoy colouring today's mandala as much as we did!

Oh, mew remember a couple of weeks ago when we showed mew the Space Cadet's Snuggle Mat we'd made fur a lovely little kitty who'd been recently adopted?

We're delighted to introduce mew to him today...

Meet young Stanley; though he is rather nervous and quite shy, but he sent us this photo with a supurr thank mew card.

He really loves his snuggle mat and the toys, way to go Stanley, WOOOO HOOOOO little dude!  

We do hope mew've all have a totally epic weekend, and that mew're ready fur the week ahead as the world slowly returns to a more normal state of being, so let's jump right in and start as always with our little breathing exercise, which we're sure mew all have down paw by now...  but if mew've furgotten, stop what mew're doing fur a moment and take deep fulfilling breaths; counting to five on the inhale and five on the exhale:
