Sunday greetings pawesome furriends
This week we've really been missing the warmer weather, so on a brief daytime outdoor excursion we decided that we'd go 'looking fur Summer' and no, not Summer from Sparklecat although that would amazing if she did pop up in our garden!!!! MOL
We could give her a guided tour of the bunker, she could go tank driving and even have a little R & R with Horice in the Biosphere on level 8, and get to try one of our famed coconut niptini's with the mini umbrella, a seasonal fruit kebab and a neon-glowy straw. [None of Smoochies cauldron nip we must add, as that stuff was definitely a one time only thing!]
And I bet mew're thinking now, well mew've got your artificial beach/jungly garden in the Biosphere, why not go there to find some warmz? Well, as lucky as we are to have such incredible facilities at our disposal, sometimes mew just need to feel the real thing; like the soft breeze gently caressing your fur and experience all the aroma's and sounds of the garden, and while we can recreate most of this in the Biosphere, it's just not the same, which I'm sure many of mew will understand.
So our theme today is:

DeleteIf you find summer let me know. I went to go out this morning for my garden perimeter patrol and the grass was icy, and my outdoor drinking bowl (which my mum says is really a bird bath) was frozen solid. Back to the wood burner for me!

DeleteYou all are looking extra spectacular in your sunny garden photos. We are so happy that summer is finally behind us. It was just too, too hot. But, we aren't looking forward to the cold. Summer lasts fur 2 or 3 days here of hot hot hot weather, the rest of the time its purretty average. Yep the garden is so much better than the Biosphere, a 1000 times offur! MOL XOX
DeleteYou won't find summer season here either, we have had frosty grass and cold winds too. Though we do have some nice sun puddles...Today was a mild but windy day. Soon the bitter weather will settle in for a long stay,,,hisses!
