We do hope mew've all had a furry relaxing weekend, and we're here to help mew keep that feeling and raise your Zen Harmonies even higher fur a fabulously chilled week.

So let's begin with our little breathing exercise, we're sure mew know what to do but if mew've furgotten: purrlease take deep fulfilling breaths; counting to five on the inhale and five on the exhale:

Let all your frustrations go on effury exhale.

Snowie has been purracticing group meditation with her furriends, and says it's furry good fur relaxing the soul, she likes to use Tibetan Singing Bowls and have her favourite rose quartz crystals in the room to generate feeling of love and joy. 

Here's her top six tips fur remaining Zen at all times:

Meditate daily

Follow your joy

Always be kind to others, but most impurrtantly to yourself

Be true to yourself

Do a little exercise effury day

and finally

DON'T SWEAT THE SMALL STUFF

Just before we go, yesterday at Animal Shelter Volunteer Life Princess the beautiful ginger gurl was modelling the green chullo won from Parsley's Birthday Give-away last year, now we know it's not 'the actual' Time Traveling Bobble Hat, but we feel that it is only right and propurr that we add £2.00 to the Kitty Fund fur this most excellent photo.
