Supurr Monday greetings beautiful furriends
Well it's that time of the week again, and to be honest we can't believe how fast it comes around! We hope mew all had a great weekend, ours was ok until the Fudginator decided to go marauding in a nest, furst he came back with an egg, then he came back with a burd much to the P.A.'s horror. Aftur a tense couple of minutes, he was captured and the burd set free, so it wasn't as bad as it could have been. Howeffur the P.A. really needs some Zen Harmonies happening aftur that.
So let's start with our little breathing exercise, which we're sure mew all have down paw by now... but if mew've furgotten, stop what mew're doing fur a moment and take deep fulfilling breaths; counting to five on the inhale and five on the exhale:

So this week, be like me, find some sunshine and just flop down, as mew can see I've got my OMs on and my Zen Harmonies happening big time! MOL

Hey Momma Kat & Bear, oh Amber is rather judgmental at the best of times, it's what she does best!!! MOL MOL Oh use those pens as effuryday is a special occasion, the P.A. until recently did the same thing, had lot's of lovely crafty things that she neffur used as she was saving them fur the special thing/project, but one day she decided that effuryday was special so effurything is getting used!!! MOL XOX
