Welcome to another glorious week on the blog, and we must say that it's been mighty fresh outside the last few days as The Beast From The East heads our way again, so when Fudge said yesterday, "Dudes let's go outside to OM!"
We all replied, "See mew later dude, we're staying by the fire!"
OMing Alone With Fudge
And so it goes, some weeks we have group OMing, and others, it's OMing alone as Fudge found out. Though he didn't stay out long as the wind was rather gusty and was ruining his floof! MOL
Anyhoo, we do hope mew've all have a totally pawesome weekend and that mew're ready fur the week ahead, so let's jump right in and start as always with our little breathing exercise, which we're sure mew all have down paw by now... but if mew've furgotten, stop what mew're doing fur a moment and take deep fulfilling breaths; counting to five on the inhale and five on the exhale:

We will be OM-ing with Mom tomorrow morning. She listens to meditation/affirmation tapes on her way to work in the morning. When she stays home, she does it here and does (or tries to do) yoga.

DeleteOh I've managed to sneak out in the wind/cold too but only for about three minutes before I realize a WARM HOUSE is mine for the taking! I am OM-ing like crazy today hoping to scare the snow away that's coming tomorrow.

DeleteAy too cold and windy here too...along with a ton of that cold white stuff the peeps call snow. The wind chills may b e as low as -40F tonight and tomorrow...way too chilly to be outside! We will OM inside, we don’t have a fireplace, but we have heater vents, MOL!.
