Early Morning Purractice with Smooch
Smooch was up supurr early the other morning and found himself a supurr sunny windowsill to get his zen harmonies happening. Plus a quick bath too! MOL
It was a bit fresh outside as there was a little window condensation, although we've not had any white-out frosts recently, it's still a little chily in the mornings.
How's the weather where mew are are?
Anyhoo, we hope mew've all had a totally pawesome weekend, and that mew're ready for the week ahead, so let's jump right in and start as always with our little breathing exercise, which we're sure mew all have down paw by now... but if mew've forgotten, stop what mew're doing for a moment and take deep fulfilling breaths; counting to five on the inhale and five on the exhale:
