We do hope mew survived the Catmass & New Year festivities without too much stress and we're delighted to be back today sharing more OM-ness to get your Zen Harmonies up and happening fur 2017!
So let's begin with our little breathing
exercise, purrlease take deep fulfilling breaths; counting to five on
the inhale and five on the exhale:
Breathe in
Breathe out

And let all your stress wash away like melting snow in bright sunshine, imagine it sliding off your purrson and being absorbed into the ground beneath your paws leaving mew feeling grounded and free of any bad vibes or tension. Remember mew can do the breathing exercise at anytime at all. Not just on Mondays with us! MOL
Today we are sharing The Art of N'OM ing with mew, and if mew've neffur heard
of this before, let us explain further.
It is the art of eating in a zen way, thus
thereby increasing your Zen Harmonies while enjoying your favourite treat.
Furstly and most importantly, mew must be
mindful at all times, and being in the NOW whilst engaging in the N'OM ing
zone.
So get your favourite bag of treats, these
are mine - see below - and carefully remove several tasty morsels and
place on a plate.
As mew
eat your tasty treats focus on the smell, taste and texture whilst chewing and
relishing every moment of it. Slowly, slowly and enjoy effury second.
N'OM ing is completely different to plain old ordinary NOMMING, which is just wolfing effurything down as fast as possible, which Smoochie will now demonstrate below:
As mew can see Smoochie WOLFED those down like it was his last meal, this is NOT ZEN at all and I did try to tell him this through the window, but it was too late! MOL
So this week if mew can exercise a little N'OM ing instead of NOMMING and we're sure mew'll benefit no end.
