Supurr Monday greetings beautiful furiends
Welcome to Easter Monday, we hope mew had a lovely day yesterday and managed to do something that mew wanted.
The P.A. and dad had a lovely Sunday lunch from our local pub (50 yards away from our driveway) as they're doing takeaway meals since they've been closed to the public, and it's furry impawtant to support local businesses while we're in this lockdown situation. Plus there are no supermarket deliveries at all; seriously mew'd have more chance of a purple glitter unicorn ridden by an elven princess popping up in your sitting room than mew would of actually getting a food delivery in the UK right now. There aren't even any click and collect slots either, but the good news is there's toilet paper available!

There's food on the supermarket shelves, but who really wants to risk it without PPE, plus there's the added bonus of the police pulling you over, searching your purrchases and fining mew for trying to get through this with a bottle of wine a packet of crisps/chips. When the P.A. and dad we're returning from their wurk premises last week, they saw a car being pulled over by the cops just outside their business - it really is strange times.
That was the P.A.'s furst journey out into the real wurld for offur 4 weeks, she's not been to a supermarket since the furst week in March and if we don't get supplies soon we'll be eating dust with a smattering of dust on the side!
We used to buy a few things off Amazon but that's full of eveeel covid-profiteers; the P.A.'s mum bought what she thought was 3 x big bags of cat food and was charged £54, when they finally arrived, it was 3 x 825g small boxes of Go-Cat kibble that actually would cost £2.99 tops each - £9 worth at most. The seller refuses to take them back and Amazon is doing nothing. The P.A. also saw that a box of 12 Felix pouch's which usually costs £2.99, people are selling them for £12.99 - it is disgusting that Amazon is letting this happen.
Anyhoo, let's lower the stress levels and start as always with our little breathing exercise, which we're sure mew all have down paw by now... but if mew've furgotten, stop what mew're doing fur a moment and take deep fulfilling breaths; counting to five on the inhale and five on the exhale:
Breathe in
Breathe out
Breathe in
Breathe out
Breathe in
Breathe out
