Colouring with Cats #7 ~ Getting Your OM on with Mandalas on Mondays!

Monday greetings chillaxed chums

Mew know what time it is....

It's time to get your OM on, so let's begin the week
on a happy and calm vibe to get those Zen Harmonies happening fur a stress-free and uber tranquil time till the weekend arrives.

We'll start with our little breathing exercise, purrlease take deep fulfilling breaths; counting to five on the inhale and five on the exhale:

Breathe in
Breathe out

Breathe in
Breathe out

Breathe in
Breathe out

Let all the frustrations of:

Not enough fresh prawns in the fridge, your fursibs stole your favourite bed, and no where near enough sun puddles... let it go... let it all go... surrender it all like a five day old dead mouse and bury it in the garden... just let go and breathe... and say OMMMMMMMMMMMMMM

And mew can see Smoochie is so in the OM zone right now with his daily purractice of kitty yoga, and has taken his Zen Harmonies to a transcendental state of kitty nirvana - respect Smooch [Purrsonally I think he's been at Humphrey's nip-pipe! MOL]

We can bet a bag of primo catnip that mew're smiling right now and are feeling so much more relaxed...

If mew have missed any of the previous mandala's and feel the need to colour, here's the links:

Mandala #1  Mandala #2  Mandala #3  Mandala #4  Mandala #5  Mandala #6

All the mandala's featured are designed and made by us, unless otherwise stated.

So without further adieu here's this weeks Cat Mandala: Modelled on a rear of view of Amber aka Boosie [but we didn't actually say that aloud, and not that we're saying she's a bit chubby, just solidly built!]  FYI this is the P.A.'s furry furst attempt at a completely freehand image and she hasn't actually drawn anything in eons, so purrlease bear with us until her skills develop further, or maybe not! MOL

Just right click the image to save and print it...

Here's the P.A.'s finished picture.... which we don't think it looks too shabby all things considered, but then we are her harshest critics.

Coloured using metallic and glitter gel pens, and yes aftur six weeks we finally got around to splashing out and buying the P.A. 120 gel pens, so that should keep her happy fur a while! MOL

Keep Calm and Colour OM!
