Pawesome Friday Greetings Furriends
Welcome to the Pet Parade and our weekly news round up!
Well we've had a really busy week again, Fudge flaked out in the catservatory yesterday morning as he just couldn't keep up with the programme! MOL [Lightweight!] But he did have the most epic sun-puddle to stretch out in!
"Hmmmmm," I said as I wandered around. "Not too bad all things considered, but mew need to weed the front border, back border... actually all the borders need attention!"
Then I added. "The garden bench needs painting, and the main gates, oh and don't furget to get the veg seeds planted stat!"
"Oh is that all Basil?" the P.A. asked as she fought to pull some supurr sticky cleavers that were clinging to her arm and t-shirt. "I'll keep that in mind!"
Well I was only saying.... OOPS!
And in other much more exciting news, look what's happening in August. The fabulous Pet Show is at Stafford again and it sounds pawesome, read on to see what will be happening... and yes we'll be there too! MOL
And the catservatory is so warm as it gets all the morning sun. In fact we all hang out in there most days, oh and the good news is we're finally going to get the floor put down after all this time. So we'll be able to share some better pics soon and some more catification. I have 3 wurds fur that - about time too!
Also, I've had my wurk cut out with snoopervising the P.A. in the garden as there's been a huge growth spurt in the last couple of weeks, and as Spring this year has not been conducive to outdoor activity we're she's a little behind schedule at BB HQ, so we're she's on a big catch-up now.

The Pet Show, the UK’s largest indoor & outdoor multi-pet event returns to the Stafford County Showground on the 18th-19th August 2018! The Pet Show brings together all creatures great and small, and showcases the very best that the UK’s pet industry has to offer. Split into dedicated animal zones, each one teeming with experts, meet and greet areas, live demonstrations, exciting displays and trade stands brimming with goodies for pets. Whether a pet owner, pet professional or pet enthusiast, there’s something for everyone. The show is also dog friendly, so if you have a canine pal – bring them along!
Cat lovers are spoiled for choice at The Pet Show 2018. The Cattery zone is packed full of exhibitors offering the latest and very best products from the industry. From stylish collars to handy bowls and innovative toys, kitty owners will have plenty of opportunities to pick up some presents for their feline friends.
The Pet Show 2018 is also very proud to host the LondonCats
International Cat Show with The International Cat Association, better known as
TICA. The show’s mission is to stage, reward and celebrate our purrfect companions.
The Association currently recognises 71 breeds of cat from the ancient
Abyssinian to the newer breeds like the Lykoi cat, and the wild looking
Chausies, Bengals and Savannahs. Visitors will have the chance to watch the
cats compete for titles including ‘Best Kitten’, ‘Best Cat’, and ‘Best
Household Pet’. The show will also bring together, not just the UK cat
community, but also TICA judges from around Europe and the USA. This event is
truly one of a kind and an important calendar event for all cat enthusiasts!
Visitors will also have the chance to meet the kitties
involved in the show and discover how to take care of them as pets. This zone
is an informative area for potential cat owners, and a great place to research
different breeds. You can also expect to meet household favourites such as the
British Shorthair, Maine Coon and Sphynx – have a cuddle, ask any questions you
may have and learn the ins and outs of each breed.
With so much to see and do at The Pet Show 2018, don’t miss
out on the Cattery and the other amazing zones. Book your tickets today at The Pet Show Tickets*
