Did mew miss it? [MOL MOL MOL]
Did anypurrdy get chance to colour any of the mandalas in Book II offur the summer?
We did and found it most relaxing, and we even designed whole host of new mandalas and even got to colour a few ahead of schedule, just to test-drive them out.
Anyhoo let's get your OM levels to offur-flowing fur the week ahead and get mew chilled out and relaxed so that nothing can bug your boggle or niggle your nerves.
We start as always with our little breathing exercise, which we're sure mew all have down paw by now... but if mew've furgotten, stop what mew're doing fur a moment and take deep fulfilling breaths; counting to five on the inhale and five on the exhale:

Amber and Pandora had another outdoor OM-ing session to start the new season off - they said it was a gurls only thing, and we weren't invited...
In fact me and Smooch were so chilled, we were actually to relaxed to OM! MOL

We thought we'd show mew how we colour a mandala in a little video... sorry the colours are a bit muted, the offurhead light the P.A. was using was a bit yellow and washed the colour out. We'll know better fur next time! MOL
