Supurr Monday greetings beautiful furiends

We do hope mew had a lovely Valentine's Day yesterday and got lots of delightful surprises. If any of mew missed Smooch's Kissing Booth, he's still open for more kisses and they're absolutely free! MOL

Continuing with our fun crystal series, we had a couple of questions but thought we'd choose this one sent by DM on Facebook from Nicola, and her question was: what is the best crystal for love? It's just purrfect because it's Valentine's week and we'd already planned on having it as crystal of the week.

Crystal of The Week

&

What is the best crystal for love?

There's only one that we can think of, and that's rose quartz.

It comes in all shades of pinks; from frosty ice pinks, all the way through to delicious peachy tones, and can be really opaque, or some can be supurr translucent.

Here at BBHQ, we have tumble stones - top right picture, some of the obelisks - bottom right, and a few chunks of raw, unpolished crystal - bottom left. We also have loads of tiny rose quartz tumble stones; they are about 1 cm or 1/3" and look really cute in heart-shaped glass jars

Anyhoo, enough of our collection, let's tell mew a bit about the gem lore surrounding these lovely pink stones. Rose quartz is purported to be the stone of unconditional love and assists in inner healing and self-love. It appurrently resonates with the heart chakra and would be great to use in a meditation purractice as they have a calming and soothing vibration.

And if mew're looking to attract more love and harmony into your life, rose quartz is reputedly the go-to crystal.

In some texts we've read, it supports healing from a broken heart and can help with grief and loss too. And also assists with releasing and soothing internalised pain.

Rose quartz is also said to help with self-forgiveness, and increases self-assuredness/confidence. And some information suggests wearing a pendant near the heart chakra, or if that's not your thing mew can get lovely gemstone bracelets too. The P.A. buys gemstone beads and makes her own bracelets - there's always one of these in our give-away goodie bags.

Smooch is getting up close and purrsonal with this little obelisk, he said and I quote, "There's some good vibes there dude!"  So that's why there was an epic queue for his Kissing Booth yesterday, he was using crystal power, or maybe he's just that cute! MOL MOL MOL

So if mew're looking for a purretty crystal or mew just love pink, this one is a must-have to add to your collection. Rose quartz is an excellent stone to have.

Many thanks for DM'ing us Nicola, and we hope that answered your question.

Anyhoo, we do hope mew've all have a totally pawesome weekend, and that mew're ready fur the week ahead, so let's jump right in and start as always with our little breathing exercise, which we're sure mew all have down paw by now... but if mew've furgotten, stop what mew're doing fur a moment and take deep fulfilling breaths; counting to five on the inhale and five on the exhale:

Breathe in
Breathe out

Breathe in
Breathe out

Breathe in
Breathe out

Smooch is here again to offur mew assistance in getting your OM's on and Zen Harmonies happening, so just press play, close your eyes and follow his instructions.

Don't mew feel better already?  I know we do!

All the mandala's featured are created & designed by us, aka The B Team.

Here's this weeks mandala, it is one we drew a long time ago, but we thought as it's so purretty it would be a shame not to share it again, and it looks gorgeous coloured in.
