And welcome to the furst Colouring with Cats of the New Year.
Though we're sure most of mew won't be feeling the urge to get your crayons, pens and colouring paraphernalia out, we do think mew may need of bit of OM-ing to assist in your recovery from the NYE afturmath.
We, are currently struggling aftur sampling Smooch's wild new nip drink concoction called 'The Mind Bender' which while at the time seemed like the best thing since peeps realized they should worship us cats as Gods, yes it really was that good. Howeffur in the cold light of day I can safely ascertain that the hang-offur is truly dreadful, so this is us today...

I did move rooms and try to OM on my own, but then Amber came and sat all her fluffiness on me! MOL
Anyhoo, we do hope mew've all have a totally pawesome end to 2017 and that mew're ready fur the new year ahead, so let's jump right in and get our Zen Harmonies happening with our little breathing exercise, which we're sure mew all have down paw by now... but if mew've furgotten, stop what mew're doing fur a moment and take deep fulfilling breaths; counting to five on the inhale and five on the exhale:
