On a happier note.
Look what the P.A. got this week. She's had her eye on one of these for ages, and it was on offer on Amazon, so she snapped one up.
But what we wanted to know was:
HAVE ANY OF MEW EVER BUILT ONE?
Oh, before we forget, we joined Bluesky, as there's a mass exodus on Twitter or X, so we hopped over there, and if mew're there too, follow us, and we'll follow mew back. Here is the link:

Unfortunately, some rather selfish purrson stole our regular handle of BionicBasil, yep for a dog too - seriously mew couldn't write it! We were rather hissed off by that, but so it goes. It's not the first time that's happened; somepawdy on TikTok stole it, too... what can mew say???
Anyhoo, let's look at this week's top headlines.
First up in the news
Parsley's Epic Meatloaf
Next up in the news
Smooch's Snoozy Sunday
This is one of Smooch's favourite all-time top three snooze spots. He loves the shroom; still, after all this time, it's always one of his go-to napping spots!
And it's even better with the radiator on.
In other news...
Pandora's Staying Warm
Finally this week
Melvyn's Modelling The Top Bandana Pick
Last week mew voted for the furbulous Bears and Bunnie's bandana, but don't worry, the Autumn Butterflies will be made and put into the unworn box for future modelling assignments.
Now, this week's catwalk was a bit of a disaster, Melvyn wasn't feeling it because he had to model on Monday instead of Tuesday, and that just messed with his whole vibe. Anyhoo, take a look; even Smooch got on the catwalk this week! MOL
Which one should he model next?
Bottom row from left to right
Tell us your top pick for next week in the comments!
EXTRA, EXTRA!
Melvyn wants to know if he has a problem? This selection doesn't include October's or November's bandanas either, as the photo was taken on the 12th of October... oh dear! MOL
Check out his bandana purrusal video on your favourite social media platform:
That's us done for today. Amber will be back on Friday with another meowvellous book, and if mew missed any other posts, here are the links:
We only had a light dusting of snow which didn't hang around. Bert really hit us with all his force for 2 days though. Thank goodness we live high above the river and only the fields flooded.
ReplyDeleteNever mind Melvyn, we all have days when things don't go to plan. I vote for Catmas presents.
Melvin we think you look great. And we also vote for number three candy canes. I too have joined on blue sky. We'll see how much I use it because I'm not very PC smart. Everyone else in your family looks good and we can't wait to see how that project works out for the P A.

Your kitties are so precious and Melvyn doesn't have a bandana problem.
ReplyDeleteI pick #3 for next week.
I linked this post to Wordless Wednesday.
Have a fabulous day and rest of the week. Scritches to the kitties and a big hug to their mom. ♥

ReplyDeleteThat was a fun sort of catwalk, with so much extra participation! I like Catmas Cats for next week!
ReplyDeleteYou all look so great, as always. I've seen those book nook kits before, and they look like fun. I have no done those, but did a working wooden clock kit that was similar; definitely a good time (and it works)! How about Catmas Presents next week, Melvyn?
ReplyDeleteThat book is awesome
ReplyDeleteHave a very good Thanksgiving
ReplyDeleteThe book nook kit looks like fun!
ReplyDeleteGreat loafing, Parsley, excellent napping skills, Smooch, and Pandora, I do hope you and Amber continue to keep warm through the winter.
Melvyn, I get it, you just were not on point. I like bandana number 3, and as for whether you have a problem, you might actually ask if the PA has a problem, as she's the one who can't seem to stop making them for you!
That is such a cool book nook kit. Nice shots of everyone. No problem Melvyn. one can never have too many cats or bandanas. XO
ReplyDeleteMy daughter in law makes pets scarf.
ReplyDeleteThat looks like a fun book and I like your bling Parsley! tThanks for joining Angel Brian's Thankful Thursday Blog Hop!
