Sunday Selfies #112 Trying To Find Smoochie's Bliss & Blog Hopping with Cat on my Head

Sunday salutations pawesome furriends

Today we have a selfie spotlight on Smoochie.

As mew will know from our post on Friday Smooch appears to be a little stressed on a subconscious level by life, the universe and effurything at the moment so we had a little meeting and decided that some affurmative action was required.

Aftur much deliberation, we decided a on complete course of in-house treatment as prescribed by me, Dr Basil with the invaluable aid of Parsley as his mentor/guru/guide/buddy throughout the treatment programme.

Smoochie's Treatment Programme:

1. Hypnotic suggestion

with plenty of positive affurmations to soothe his psyche and reinforce a positive self-image

2. Kitty yoga on a soft surface

to become more connected with his softer side

3. Kitty yoga on a rough surface

to become more connected with his manly catness

4. Communing with nature in a safe environment

to feel safe in ones own environment is furry important

5.  Grounding ones energy & deep meditation sessions

to assist in feeling more balanced in effuryday life

6. Wrestling those inner demons from his soul

to release any trapped trauma that may be clinging to his psyche

and finally a lot of

7.  Love and compassion therapy

a vital part of any healing programme is to feel loved and nurtured on effury level

So our theme today is:

Trying To Find Smoochie's Bliss

Smooch is such a sensitive little soul, we don't know whether this stems from his former feral-ness or from the accident which resulted in the loss of his back leg, and purrlease don't think we're taking the piddle out of his widdle issues, but we do feel that a positive approach with love, care and compassion will assist him much better than negative reinforcement which will make his issues wurse.

And as we said in a post months and months ago, we have tried effurything going and he seemed to be fine with only the occasional accident here and there, but the last couple of weeks he's had a little relapse and it's our duty to help him in any way we can to feel better.

So join us tomorrow when we'll be sharing a new regular feature fur helping get those zen harmonies back in sync and frazzled frequencies back in the loop.

Bestest Sunday purrs
