We do hope mew've had a supurr Valentinesy weekend. 

 Pandora's taken over the sofa in the catservatory, she says it's the purrfect chill spot! MOL

We hope that mew're ready for the week ahead, so let's jump right in and start as always with our little breathing exercise, which we're sure mew all have down paw by now...  but if mew've forgotten, stop what mew're doing for a moment and take deep fulfilling breaths; counting to five on the inhale and five on the exhale:

And here's the P.A.'s finished colouring. She said she left some of it uncoloured because she really liked the patchwork effect. Not that she was being lazy and couldn't be bothered to finish it - The Kitty Jury is still deliberating on that! MOL

Supurr Monday greetings beautiful furriends

Welcome to another week on the blog! 

We do hope mew've had a lovely weekend, we've got an extra day off as it's May Bank Holiday - WOO HOO!

That means today, we can get some extra zen-ness and tranquility happening fur mew guys.  So take my paw while we meander through the garden and soak up the serenity as the fountains splash like mewsical rain in the rock pool, the birds are singing the songs of joy, the sun is warm on our fur and effurything is exactly as it should be.

Breathe in, breathe out... just reeeeeeelaaaaaaaaax and let go...

We can do a spot of earthing while we're here on the lawn and then go take a snooze in the catmint.

Ahhhhhhhhh..... bliss, I bet mew feel fantastic now! MOL

This week the P.A. made a special mandala fur our furriends who recently departed fur the Rainbow Bridge; May they be frolicking in meadows of catnip and chasing flutterby's galore, though mew maybe gone from this realm, mew will neffur be furgotton.

Thank mew all so much fur all the kind wurds, hugs, nose bumps and kindness that mew have expressed since Fridays post, we can't thank mew enough fur your support, it really blew us away and made us cry even more!
