Hello gorgeous library guests and welcome to my private library.

How's your week been so far?

Yesterday I was about to go across the courtyard to the library, the P.A. furry kindly opened the catservatory door fur me and guess what?  It was raining again!

Feline Fiction on Fridays #122 ©BionicBasil® it's raining for a change at BBHQ

So I got a few wiffles and went back to snooze in front of the fire! MOL

Anyhoo last week mew may remember that Pandora and I were rather excited, but we couldn't say anything at the time... well if mew saw Wednesday's post mew might be able to guess what all the excitement was about - Parsley was thawing out his credit card WOOOOOOOOOO HOOOOOOOOOOOO!

And mew know what that means, I can get more BOOKS! MOL

So the good news is, the credit card got thawed, and Parsley sent the payment of $60 AUD to the RSPCA in Victoria OZ, and he set up a PayPal account to do it before he put the credit card back on ice.

What he doesn't know is this; I managed to take a picture of said credit card before it went back on ice, and he has no clue at all.  Pandora assisted in my little ruse, and she played her part exceptionally well, due to the fact she's got her eye on some rather fab accessories, so watch this space for oodles of new books - but fur cods sake don't tell Parsley!

And now I think it's time to share this weeks book.

 The Secret Language of Cats

by

Susanne Schotz

Here's A Small Snippet of the Book Blurb:

Cat lovers across the globe know cats can speak. In this compelling new book, Susanne Schotz – a professor at Sweden's Lund University – shares insights into her long-standing cat communication research. Proving that cats not only speak to one another, but also to their human caretakers.

>^.^<

What a cracking book; now this is going to be a great asset to your library, especially fur those hooman staff/assistants who are a little slow in the language department.  As with effurything, some hoomans are most excellent at understanding different languages, but others not so much and this book would help them immensely.

Now this book would suit any cat staff/assistant who are looking to gain a more in-depth knowledge of kitty communications skills - as who wants to say to their staff/assistant - "I'd like a tuna and prawn platter stat!" and the staff/assistant brings mew dry kibble!

But seriously this book would make a great addition to any bookshelf, and it is a fascinating read. Would I recommend it to mew, yes I would, add it to your staffs' amazon basket and check out immediately - trust me they'll thank mew fur it with extra treats and catnip! MOL

Or if mew're looking fur a gift, it would be purrfect, especially if the recipient loves books and cats.

Sadly it's time fur me to say BFN or bye-fur-now as mew know the drill, so many books, so little time and I'll be back next week with another specially paw-picked book just fur mew. And don't furget that all my previous reviews can be found on my Book Review page.

Until next time

Keep calm and read on
