Supurr Monday greetings beautiful furriends
We hope mew've had a fabulously chilled weekend, ours has been fab. So let's get mew feeling all nicely relaxed fur the next few days, but if mew're a little tense or stressed we can assist mew in getting your Zen Harmonies happening and that fuzzy feeling of zen-ness back.
Let's begin with our little breathing exercise, we're sure mew know what to do but if mew've furgotten: purrlease take deep fulfilling breaths; counting to five on the inhale and five on the exhale:
Breathe in
Breathe out
Breathe in
Breathe out
Breathe in
Breathe out
Mew know on last weeks post we were blown away at all the positivity regarding earthing, so this week we hope mew've all got yourselves properly earthed and are feeling that uber zen vibe.

Mew know how some weeks, mew can have so many things come along to spoil your mood, well sadly this is a fact of modern life, but what I've found is even when your clone turns up and it's nothing like mew, and next mew want to go outside but get told, "mew shall not pass!" and that's asking with the supurr sad eyes too! And then somepurrdys right up in your grill wanting to get inside the Cattelot castle with mew and it's only big enough fur one, yep I'm sure mew know all these kinds of scenario's. So even when things are really getting mew down, there's nothing like laughing to make mew feel better.
Go find something that tickles the fur off mew and laugh like mew've neffur laughed before!
This is what really tickled me...
I said, "Amber looks like your long lost twin has finally turned up!"
Obviously I can't repeat what she said, it was way harsh but made me MOL all the more!
* * *
This is a great way to release stress and it's impossible to be upset when mew are genuinely smiling or laughing.
So give me a great big toothy grin right now, come on mew know mew can do it! MOL
WOOOOOO HOOOOO fur happies!

ReplyDeleteMOL guys, Amber can have the biggest 'potty-mouth' effur! MOL XOX
DeleteWow, that mandala made petcretary think of a Chrysanthemum...then when she saw the colored one it reminded her of a peacock. Now that is enough to get her started on a fit of belly guffaws and giggles. Hey, not that peacocks are bad or silly, it was how the flower changed into a bird that she found so funny to herself! It(The peacock) is beautiful actually.
ReplyDeleteHey Pipo & Minko, mew know when we were designing it, we too thought it looked like a chrysanthemum, but then when Alice coloured she transformed it into a peacock, how awesome is that - magic fur sure! MOL MOL XOX
DeleteBasil - you should stop picking on Queen Amber! So rude! Tut.
ReplyDeleteHi Aunty J, I wasn't picking on Amber, only stating a fact - she looks like Nutjob! MOL MOL XOX
DeleteWow! This mandala has so much intricate detail! We love it! Be nice to Amber, Basil ... in terms of the Horde, next to you, she's the best teammate you've got. A womancat scorned is never pretty. I finally decided ... and I AM going to BlogPaws this year. I can't wait to meet your Mom!
ReplyDeleteHI Momma Kat & Bear, so glad mew like today's mandala, and yes I'll be nice [MOL MOL MOL] OH WOW how fab mew're going to BP too, the P.A. can't wait to meet mew! XOX
