Colouring with Cats #25 ~ Getting Your OM on with Mandalas on Mondays!


Supurr Monday greetings beautiful furriends

We hope mew've had a fabulously exciting weekend, we got to meet Shoko & Kali's pawrents from The Canadian Cats, we'll tell mew all about it on Friday's post. 

 So let's get mew feeling all nicely relaxed fur the next few days, if mew're a little tense or stressed we can assist mew in getting your Zen Harmonies happening and that fuzzy feeling of zen-ness back.

 Let's begin with our little breathing exercise, we're sure mew know what to do but if mew've furgotten: purrlease take deep fulfilling breaths; counting to five on the inhale and five on the exhale:

The weather was so beautiful here on the weekend, it actually got up 24.5C which fur us was a veritable heatwave and probably our entire summer too, as it'll probably rain all of June, July and August now! MOL

But anyhoo our point today is to de-stress yourselves, get out and about in nature, go hug a tree, listen to the birdies tweeting, take a gentle stroll, get some real vitamin D and breath deeply unless mew have allergies, in which case take your hayfever/allergy meds, although there are some lovely natural remedies available now, and we were reading this great blog the other day with lot's of tips fur mew to try at home with simple ingredients. 

 We hope mew get to enjoy some outside time this week and just unwind as mew immerse yourselves in the natural wurld.

    That mandala is so intricate and pretty. The lotuses at the edges look like crowns in a way...sheesh, petcretary is strange, MOL!

    Glad your weather was so pawsome. That must have made for a super visit from your furends.
