Supurr Monday greetings beautiful furriends
We hope mew've had a nice relaxing weekend and here's to feeling all nicely chilled out fur the next few days, but if mew're not we know we can assist mew in getting your Zen Harmonies happening and that fuzzy feeling of zen-ness back.
Let's begin with our little breathing exercise, we're sure mew know what to do but if mew've furgotten: purrlease take deep fulfilling breaths; counting to five on the inhale and five on the exhale:
Breathe in
Breathe out
Breathe in
Breathe out
Breathe in
Breathe out
Snowie is here today sharing a little bit of zen-wisdom...
She says it's most importante to balance wurk-time, play-time and nap-time to feel most harmonious and keep those Zen Harmonie levels up. So don't wurk too much, or if mew do, always take a few minutes effury hour to go do something else, even if it's something as simple as a brief walk outside, always take a breather. Do a few stretching exercises as sitting at a desk all day is hard on your body. Snowie is a huge advocat of rolling on the floor to assist with spinal alignment and also to stretch the body, she heartily recommends mew try it!
Just quickly before we get to the main event, I'm feeling much better, the P.A. has sent my fur sample off to see what kind of homeopathic treatment can assist me, so we'll have more news on that as soon as it comes in.
Also many thanks to Snowie, her supurr floofiness, fur taking centre stage today!
