Who asked if we'd like to purrsonalise some goodies from their epic print on demand store.

Let's show mew what was in the box.

Firstly we asked if we could use this epically epic photo.

 And once we'd got the paws up from the supurr helpful Printster Team, we went and chose some goodies to emblazon this classic B Team picture on.

We chose the fabulous magic sequin cushion cover which came with the cushion pad too, a pair of custom Smooch socks and a mug that reveals a picture when it gets warm, aka heat sensitive.

When we say we loved everything, we LOVED everything!

Talk about bringing a huge smile to your day, Printster ticked all the boxes in that department, so much so that the P.A. is thinking of framing the Smooch socks and the beautiful sequin cushion cover! MOL

Welcome to our first review of 2022 and we love what we've got to show mew!

...who asked if we'd like to try their fabulous feline collars for cool cats, and of course who could say no to that!

So let's show mew what was in the box.

We received three beautiful velvet collars, and the colours from left to right are:

Spearmint   ~   Pistachio   ~   Ginger Marmalade

Melvyn can be summoned from a deep sleep at the opposite end of the house by the sound of a jingly bell, and the moment he heard the P.A. unwrapping these and the lovely jingle jingle sound, there was a loud thump from upstairs as he launched himself off the bed, and hurtled along the landing, down the stairs towards the kitchen and 2.5 seconds later, he arrived and hopped on the table ready for action.

He wasted no time at all, and choose the gorgeous pistachio green collar and insisted he must model it immediately.

The Catwalk Show:

Today's models are Melvyn of course and Fudge.

As Melvyn arrived first and got first dibbs on the colours.

The pistachio is a divine shade of olive green and really brings out the colour of Melvyn's eyes.

The spearmint colour is a stunning shade of aqua, and looks beautiful against Fudge's epic orangeness!

The Ginger Marmalade is a rich, zesty orange and looks fabulous on Melvyn.

Fudge was a little hissed off here when he noticed Melvyn in the ginger marmalade collar, and said, "Dude, that's mine, it's even named after me, so let's swap!"

Melvyn was delighted to swap as that meant he then got the pawsome spearmint one to wear! MOL

What We Thought:

Cool Cat Collars are beautifully made, fully adjustable with a quick-release break-away safety buckle and have a very nice jingly bell, which can be removed if mew want. They are handmade in the UK by the Cool Cats Collars team.

  The inside of the collar is lined with a durable webbing for extra strength and the outer velvet is made from a really plush, velvet ribbon, they look and feel rather luxurious, and when we checked their website, they have 24 different colours in the velvet range, so everypawdy's colour preferences are catered for; there's a whole rainbow fest happening, so even the fussiest feline is certain to find the purrfect collar!

They have lots of other designs in their online shop, and we really adore the Superhero range, plus they have ID tags, harnesses and toys, so plenty of goodies to get your mittens on.

... who contacted us a few weeks ago and asked if we'd like to try some of their supurr products and when we saw what they had on their website, we were furry excited and even more so when a huge box arrived at BBHQ. 

Today is the last review of three, as we got three different products to test, try and use here at BBHQ - how exciting, epically exciting!!!

Aftur unboxing, at furst we weren't sure about where to put it, as it is quite large and mew do need a power socket/outlet nearby. So after a quick shuffle around, we placed it under the kitchen buffet on the opposite side to the water fountain and it seemed to fit right in.

It took about five minutes to download the app, pair the smart feeder to the app and set up a feeding schedule. 

It really was that easy!

Our closing thoughts:

We were going to post his review last month but we really wanted to test this product properly for a few weeks as when we opened the box and saw it for the first time, in all honesty we were rather undecided whether it would wurk for us.

Mew can see how big the unit is next to Pasley, who's a big cat at 6.4KG or 14 and bit pounds.

Aftur using the Smart Feed Automatic Dog and Cat Feeder for well offur a month now we can safely say that we really love it and here's why.

Why did we like it?

It was supurr easy to set up.

It dispenses the amount of food mew choose, at a time of your choosing. So if mew're a grazer and like lots of little meals throughout the day, this is easily set up, or if mew just like 2 meals a day, this is also pawsible. For example, we schedule 1/2 cup at 9am and another 1/2 cup at 10pm. Though mew can schedule up to 4 cups in one sitting.

The hopper is really large and took a full 2kg bag and then there was plenty of room left for more, and mew can fill with either dry or semi-moist food.

The hopper has a secure lid, so no dust or other stuff can get into the food chamber.

The feeding bowl is big too, so would suit many small and medium-sized K9 breeds and we cats found it nice to eat from as there was plenty of space for our whiskers.

If your hooman staff have kiddies, there is also a Child Lock on the app which prevents little fingers or paws accidentally dispensing food via the button on top of the unit.

The bowl is stainless steel and easily cleaned and the unit can we wiped down with a damp cloth as and when mew need to. The lid, hopper, bowl and bowl holder are also top-shelf dishwasher safe. 

There is also a slow feed option if mew tend to gollop your food down - that's for all those little piggies out there! MOL

Mew get smartphone alerts when the feeder is running low on food.

We even do social distancing at mealtimes - though Melvyn is taking it to the extremes right now! MOL

We really enjoy eating our dry food from it and as a large cat family, there's always enough to go around and should we run out, it's a simple push of a button or schedule in another feeding time.

This unit is great for both K9 and kitty owners alike, and we can see how useful it would be to keep regular feeding routines for us pets especially if your hooman staff wurks shifts or has to go away for a night, and the unit will send your staff alerts to say mew've had your meal.

So if mew're looking for a rather nifty smart feeder, we think this one will fit perfectly into your home and whateffur lifestyle mew lead; we think its a purrfect pet partner.

Top marks for PetSafe, we think their Smart Feed Automatic Dog and Cat Feeder has been extremely well thought out and designed, and we can sum up in two wurds, epically epic!

... who contacted us a few weeks ago and asked if we'd like to try some of their supurr products and when we saw what they had on their website, we were so excited and even more so when a huge box arrived at BBHQ.

So let's show mew what was in the box.

Now it may only be a small box, but it really contains so much fun!

Smooch was first on the scene after the unboxing and sat staring, not quite sure what to make of it!

"Can mew eat it?" he asked.

"Er... NO!" I replied. "It'd be a bit chewy!!!" MOL MOL

It took about five minutes to set up, and then all mew need to do is push the button on the birdies back to start the fun. If mew want a 10-minute session hold the 'on' the button for 1 second and for all-day entertainment with the motion sensor on, hold the button for 4 seconds. 

Our closing thoughts

The Peek-a-Bird™ Electronic Cat Toy is a really fun and nifty toy, definitely a great buy especially if your staff is out all day or for extended periods of time.

Parsley loved it the minute it went on the floor, though Smooch took a while to warm up it. Melvyn was quite unsure to start with but we think it was the noise it makes as the little motor moves the feather tickler side to side, but he soon got with the programme! MOL


They were very curious 

Not all B Team memfurs are the same; some dive straight into the fun, others are a little more cautious, there are those that are supurr cautious and then there are those that are not bothered at all, not mentioning any names, Pandora - we can see mew sitting in the catservatory watching effurything. [Pandora isn't interested in toys at all - she's a bit of bahumbug kinda kitty!]

The B Team Boys have really been enjoying the Peek-a-Bird toy, and we really like how it can be set for a short 10-minute session or for all-day play, so if mew're feeling really energetic mew can keep coming back and setting off the motion sensor for more entertainment which is especially great when mew are home alone and need some entertainment to fill in the time till your staff returns and gives mew treats! MOL  

We've had to monitor Parsley with it as he likes to drag it around the kitchen with the tickler - OOPS! And talking about ticklers - it's very well built, and mew get an extra feather tickler just in case the original one gets a bit icky or shredded over time. Also, it doesn't come with batteries, so mew'll need to have 3 x AA's to paw before mew can begin.

In summary

A TOP TOY FOR CATS!
