It's time to get your OM on, so let's begin the final countdown to Catmass on a supurr chilled and tranquil vibe to get those Zen Harmonies happening fur a stress-free and uber relaxed time till the weekend arrives and we can stuff our faces with turkey and drink far too many niptini's and laugh and laugh and laugh about all of this self-imposed stress! MOL
So let's begin with our little breathing exercise, purrlease take deep fulfilling breaths; counting to five on the inhale and five on the exhale:

Somepurrdy's just knocked the Catmass Tree offur, not enough seats in the house due to guests, and no where near enough niptini's on ice to help mew cope with the festive mayhem... let it go... let it all go... surrender it all like last weeks egg nog and rinse that glass clean... just let go and breathe... and say OMMMMMMMMMMMMMM
We had a multi-tiered Om-ing Catmass session happening with Humphrey, Amber and Snowie giving it all they'd got, and I have to say OM-ing to Catmass Carols is really rather meowellous, mew should definitely try it!

Just before we go, last week another pawesome kitty, TSK from @DanaPixie sadly and rather unexpectedly departed for The Rainbow Bridge and also we just heard the sad news that The Bear from Tom Cox's hilarious books departed too from furry old age, and so we thought it was only right that we added them to the Mandala fur our fallen heroes...

So on that sad note we'll say bye fur now and see mew on Wednesday...
