Happy Monday guys and how are mew feeling today? Today we're going to talk a little about stretching and moving your body, as we know only too well here at the BionicBasil HQ, that sitting fur hours in front of the computer is no good at all. And sometimes we don't even realize we're doing it as we become so engrossed in what we're doing, so our poor little furry bodies tend to get a bit stiff and it can cause all sorts of issues if mew constantly sit and hardly move. Remember the saying, if mew don't use it, mew lose it? It's true!
So we suggest that mew set a timer to remind mew to move effury hour, go fur a little walk and do some gentle stretches like me below.

Stay limber guys and do those stretches, then go take that nap.
Anyhoo, we do hope mew've all have a totally pawesome weekend and that mew're ready fur the week ahead, so let's jump right in and start as always with our little breathing exercise, which we're sure mew all have down paw by now... but if mew've furgotten, stop what mew're doing fur a moment and take deep fulfilling breaths; counting to five on the inhale and five on the exhale:
