Welcome to
Wunderpurr greetings fabulous furiends
Today we're sharing one of our *sponsored posts with mew from the pawesome peeps at...
...who asked us if we'd like to trial their Easy Feed 4L Automatic Pet Feeder, and how could we resist anything that involves us getting food!
So let's show mew what was in the box.
Fudge was on paw to assist and couldn't wait to get the box open. In fact, all his overly eager enthusiasm actually slowed everything down, but finally, we got it open and the feeder out.
What a lovely compact unit!
It was supurr straightforward to set up, although mew do need 3 x D batteries.
The control panel allows mew to schedule up to 4 meals per day and also how much is dispensed per meal, which is great for portion control especially if mew looking to lose a little weight.
There is also a facility to record up to a 10-second message that plays at designated mealtimes, which is fabulous when your human is out, so mew still get to know that your fresh and tasty meal has just been dispensed for eating at your leisure, even if mew're in another room.
It took us about 10 minutes to get it completely set up and filled with our favourite Royal Canin kibble.
And Melvyn was on paw for the furst kibble dispensed into the bowl.
Melvyn really likes it; just look at the supreme catisfaction radiating from him.
#epicallyepic
What we liked:
Being able to schedule meals at multiple intervals throughout the day and/or night is really handy, and the kibble is easily dispensed and flows smoothly into the wide, shallow bowl - so no whisker squishing while eating, which is very impawtant.
The 4L tank is plenty big enough, and the transparent-smoked plastic lid is really nifty for keeping an eye on the kibble levels inside, and as the lid is a secure fit, it means the food is safe from dust/airborne particles/fur and therefore stays fresher for longer—a huge plus in our book.
It has a lovely long power cable, so mew're not restricted if your power outlets aren't in a completely convenient location; for instance, we wanted to use the feeder in the catservatory, and the nearest power outlet was at the other end of the room behind the 3-seater sofa, but there was ample cable to put the feeder where we wanted.
It's effortless to clean, the bowl can be detached and washed in the sink with warm soapy water, and the rest can be simply wiped with a damp cloth to keep things purrfectly hygienic.
The battery backup is a great idea; if mew ever experience any power outages, mew can be safe in the knowledge that your mealtime will be right on schedule, so total peace of mind no matter what, just make sure your hooman keeps it topped up! MOL
Ease of use:
It was simple to set up using the control panel to set your mealtimes and the amount of dry food dispensed.
And should mew need to alter any of the settings, that is easily done too.
Mew can also do manual top-ups should more food be required. For instance, if some greedy cat not mentioning any names, FUDGE comes along and scoffs everything, leaving mew with nothing but crumbs. Just go and alert your staff and they can press a button on the control panel and fill the bowl to suit your current kibble needs.
How it looked:
It a nice sized unit, not too large and not too small; in fact, we think it's in the Goldilocks zone of being just right for cats.
The mat white unit is really nice, and it also comes in black too.
This is a Totally Top Paw Product for cats, and we really love it.

Betting the box was still the favorite.
ReplyDeleteI am betting too that the box itself was the biggest hit!
ReplyDeleteAround here, if there isn't a guard posted, CB will eat all of his food, and everyone else's too!
ReplyDeleteThat's a great way to feed kitties. I would have loved this back in the day. I also think the box was a bigger hit. That's how it goes with kitties.
ReplyDeleteThank you for joining the Happy Tuesday Blog Hop.
Have a fabulous Happy Tuesday. Scritches all around and my best to your mom. ♥
That is a much nicer unit than the one we were using a long time ago...we actually gave it away, cause we didn't like it!! (We, being the Angels...) And ours only worked with batteries, quite inconvenient...
ReplyDeleteHow many of you kitties had fun with that nice big box?? LOL!
That is a smart looking feeder.
ReplyDeletenice feeder. I've never seen anything like it.
ReplyDeleteguyz....sure de feeder iz awesum N looks grate...but onlee 4 meelz and "how much"
ReplyDeletehaz uz worreed !!! ;) ♥♥☺☺
That looks like a nice product. My only problem is it is plastic which most cats are allergic too. XO
ReplyDeleteWe like that one too. Our previous one went to the dump. The backup battery didn't work and one day the power went out and we were without food all day. That's not a problem now that they are retired.
ReplyDeleteVery nice but I bet the box was the best part!
ReplyDeleteThat looks like a very nice feeder, Basil!
ReplyDeleteSounds like a really nice way to get a meal when Mom is out and about
ReplyDeleteWhat a terrific system! And we want to know who was first in the box!
ReplyDeleteThat feeder looks awesome, mew guys! And so does the BOX!
