Welcome to the BBHQ midweek news round-up!

Happy Wednesday, fluffy furiends, here's hoping your midweek is just totally terrific!

First, let's take a look at the weather report; it's been a mixed bag again. Later last week, it was sunny and warm; then, over the weekend, it cooled slightly with a bit of drizzly rain on Caturday and an overcast Sunday. 

Monday was sunny but fresh, and yesterday was not bad, if mew could get in the sun, otherwise it was a little chilly. And the evening temperatures are really starting to drop, so yep, thank cod for fur coats on our early evening garden pawtrols! MOL

Look at this! 

The lime or lemon - we're not sure, but whatever it is, is growing! And so are the others, though still very small at the moment. We'll keep mew updated as to the progress or not, as this is a first for BBHQ! MOL

And look at this!

 Last week, we had really nothing to show as far as the flowers in the garden were concerned, and then this week, we've had a blooming explosion of colour! MOL

There's nothing like a splash of colour in the garden to make mew smile.

Anyhoo, let's look at this week's top headlines.

Parsley's Got Mini Gordon the Ghost

Parlsey found Mini Gordon the ghost in the toy basket, took him into the kitchen and gave him a right good kicking! MOL

I don't think we need to say anymore, other than the catnip inside Mini Gorgon is still really potent!

Smooch in Motion

This was Smooch heading towards the back deck, a purrfect picture of a tripawed kitty in motion! MOL

Finally this week

 Fudge and Pandora Snoozing on the Sofa

So yesterday, there on the couch, was Pandora and Fudge having a nice little morning snooze, when the P.A. appeared with the vacuum of doom. She wanted to vacuum the cat fur off the throw, but apparently, according to my intel, that didn't happen.

What happened was, Fudge said. "Fluff off, we're comfy, come back later!" 

Oh dear! MOL MOL MOL

The BBHQ Midweek News Round-Up ~ Fudge's Flat Out In The Basket, Smooch and Pandora at Twilight, and Parsley's Pondering ~ **PLUS** Today's Really Random Photo (A Hint - Pirate!)

Welcome to the BBHQ midweek news round-up!

Happy Wednesday, fluffy furiends, here's hoping your midweek is just epic!

First, let's hop into the weather report; well, it 's been rain, rain and more rain and then wind. Really windy, wind on Monday. If mew remember correctly, in Sunday's post - link at the end of the post - we mentioned that the new rose arch was in place, and perhaps if the weather held out and stayed dry, the P.A. would start wrapping the wire for the new rambling roses to climb up. Sadly, it rained all day, so that job was a total bust, hopefully paws crossed it'll get done this week.

Oh, and we forgot to show mew this last week.

The deck is now complete.

And the moon was full that night! MOL

It looks really good, obviously a little empty with zero purrsonality right now, but that's ok, we're working on it, so that next year, it will be a delight in the BBHQ garden.

Apologies for the lack of flower photo's this week, there's nothing new for us to take a picture of, oh, but we did buy some Spring bulbs and other stuff the other day, so that will be exciting once the P.A. has planted that lot, well, something to look forward to in the Spring, as we're really not looking forward to six months of cold, dark days.

Fudge's Flat Out In The Basket

Fudge got in his favourite basket on the landing the other day, and he was absolutely flat out, with one back paw hanging over the side. And yes, the P.A. couldn't help herself and had to tickle it! MOL

We can't repeat Fudge's reply, well, part of it was:

WHAT THE FLUFF?!!!!!

Next up in the news

Smooch and Pandora at Twilight

Smooch and Pandora were finishing their nightly pawtrol, the moon was bright, and everything was all right, so they came in for snacks.

Finally this week

 Parsley's Pondering

Parlsey was in a holding pattern in the kitchen doorway, the other day. He just sat there and pondered fluff knows what.

I did ask him, and he said. "Life, the universe and snacks!"

Welcome to the BBHQ midweek news round-up!

Happy Wednesday, fluffy furiends, here's hoping your midweek is totally furbulous!

Great news, we had several days of intermittent rain last week, and then on Caturday it turned warmer and we had a lovely sunny Sunday too, so the weather at BBHQ for the last seven days has been pawesome!

Oh, and here's the gorgeous rose by the back door. The pink and peach are truly delightful!

And then the P.A. went to do a spot of weeding in the courtyard, but couldn't as one of the catmint plants had several visitors...

Look at those ladybirds, aren't they adorable?

Anyhoo, the P.A. left that border alone so the ladybugs could have a peaceful afternoon! MOL

It's a very rare sight to see Parsley upside down, and I mean like this never happens, so we were amazed that we actually got a photo too! MOL

Smooch Flat Out on The Windowsill

This is one of Smooch's favourite windows, he loves the little staircase up to the sill, though today he was in for a shock as it was cat bed washing day and he'd got no snuggle mat to snooze on... but he didn't care! MOL

Finally this week

Fudge's in The Catservatory

Fudge was in the catservatory watching three fat pigeons hopping around the top part of the courtyard.

I did overhear him say, "Good eating on those!"

I have to agree! MOL
