Mew might have noticed the last few weeks; since all restrictions were lifted we've been getting out and about more.

Pandora was a little miffed that Parsley bipped off to Stonehenge without her the other week. So she decided to organise a family trip to Avebury, which is pretty much almost nearly next door, as the crow flies to the other stone circle.

Anyhoo, we got there and Pandora being a rather mystical kitty, decided to channel the energy from the ley lines and accidentally opened a portal to fluff knows where.

As Smooch was nearest, he shut that fluffer down by tackling Pandora to the ground, as our history with magical portals is not great.

But all that aside, Avebury is rather magnificent; there are many stone circles and standing stones of various sizes dotted around the countryside, some of which country lanes bip right through, a small hamlet is nestled among one of the circles. It is really incredible to see. The stones here are more random, haphazard shapes, compared to Stonehenge's more uniform and sculptured stones.

If mew ever get a chance to visit, do, as it is epically epic.

We're also joining in the lovely Athena's Art Hop so do stop by and show off your pawesome arty-farty skills.

The effect was created with Befunky -  Oil painting DLX 4 + colour changes to hue and saturation.

We also turned this fab arty-farty picture into a puzzle, so do stop by the puzzle page and take the Puzzle Challenge; see if mew can beat our time of 8 mins 25 secs.

Anyhoo it's time for us to go and snoopervise the big patio clean up as the new pressure washer arrived a few days ago, thank cod. All the nasty algae will be blasted away, and it'll look lovely and clean for the summer.

Also, if mew missed our Easter Crafting with Cats yesterday, click here to see what fabulousness we made this time.

We hope you have a totally terrific day and look forward to your company in the morning, when we're back with another Colouring with Cats post.

Wishing mew lots of snoozy snuggles
