1. Cat Herding or Cat Grooming is my favourite Feline Olympic sport! LOL (I don't watch sports so I can't comment on the real events).
2. I won’t spend money on too-good-to-be-true gadgets for the home. You know the type: Just check out the TV shopping channels, and you'll find stuff there you never knew you needed, only to realise that when you've got it, it's not what it said on the tin.
3. I’ve come to terms with the fact that career success is a twisty, turning thing, and sometimes, what we work for never comes to fruition, no matter how hard we try and dedicate ourselves to the cause. I am rather tenacious and determined, but even I'm starting to flag with the writing, so much so that the last few days, I've seriously considered just giving up altogether. FYI -The jury is still out on this decision...
4. My computer search history includes—this week's highlights are an oversized, extra comfy reading chair and a remote Kindle page-turner—well, Amber needs these things! Plus new ink cartridges for the myriad of fountain pens on my desk, and I've been looking for cupboard paint and stone floor tiles as I want to make over the laundry again. It's not very exciting, but then I don't need to be, as the B Team makes up for my lack in that department! LOL
