Wednesday Greetings Pawesome Furriends
And welcome to our weekly news round-up
Furstly in the news this week, last month Purr and Miaow* Health Food For Cats contacted us and asked if we'd like to try their sugar-free cat food. And this is what they sent us, Melvyn was on the front line as we opened the box.
In fact the P.A. could hardly open and dispense the pouch into the dish as he was that eager to try it. Check out his video on Instagram - NOM NOM NOM! MOL
We can safely say Purr and Miaow is utterly and epically delicious, plus we really like that it's sugar-free, and they also make dry food which is grain-free too, so really healthy cat food, and who doesn't want that?
Another bonus is they have launched the innovative PURR-cycle, which is a recycling service for empty cat food pouches, as apparently - and we didn't know this either; every day in the UK there are that many single use pouches thrown away that they would cover the area of the UK twice over - LIKE WOW!!!! - And they will take other pouches, not just their own, so check out their website to find out more.
We'd like to say many thanks to Purr and Miaow for sending us so much deliciousness, and mew can follow them on Instagram and Facebook here to keep up to date with all the latest news and info.

In other news, the P.A. finally had a go at knitting. She's wanted to learn for eons and she took the plunge last night and this is what she knitted! MOL
Now don't laugh, we know it's not that great and extra stitches got magically added in along the way but at least she managed to get a few rows done. Her idea was to knit Parsley a scarf, although we think it'll take a bit of purractice for her to feel proficient but at least she's trying to learn a new skill! MOL
And just before we pop off, don't forget to stop by on Caturday as we're sharing our Halloween Special Crafting with Cats in honour of National Pumpkin Day, so if mew're looking to make some fun things don't miss out and here's a little teaser ...
... we show mew how to make our fabulous Pumpkin Pouffe with Catnip Leaves and Catnip Kicker Stalk - EPICALLY EPIC!!!!!

I think it's fantabulous that your mom is knitting! Knitting has a wonderful soothing feel to it, and she'll get the hang of it quickly. I haven't knitted in ages, but making wee scarves for the kitties may be a lot of fun...hmmm...
