Supurr Monday greetings beautiful furiends
We do hope mew had a nice weekend, are refreshed and full of vim and vigour for the week ahead. We know many of mew are in lockdown again, so do try not to be too stressed we know this is difficult but if mew start to get a bit of cabin fever be like Melvyn, put on your favourite tunes and dance like no-one is watching. Mew'll feel so much better in just a few minutes.

Let's jump right in and start as always with our little breathing exercise; which we're sure mew all have down paw by now... but if mew've furgotten, stop what mew're doing for a moment and take deep fulfilling breaths; counting to five on the inhale and five on the exhale:
