Did mew have a good weekend, and have mew recovered from Thanksgiving if mew were celebrating?
This weekend at BBHQ Melvyn didn't want to OM alone, he felt quite sad and was wundering who to ask, just look at his little face.... 😿
He said to The P.A. "I'm still quite new to this OMing thing and don't feel furry confident, but then I feel silly asking for help!"
"Oh Melyvn, don't ever feel silly about asking for help," The P.A. replied. "I know the purrfect kitty to help you today, just ask Smooch, he's the best teacher ever."

OMing in pairs is so much better, so say Smooch and Melvyn.
Anyhoo, we do hope that mew're ready fur the week ahead, so let's jump right in and start as always with our little breathing exercise, which we're sure mew all have down paw by now... but if mew've furgotten, stop what mew're doing fur a moment and take deep fulfilling breaths; counting to five on the inhale and five on the exhale:
