Furbulous Greetings Supurr Furiends
Welcome to the BBHQ midweek news round-up!
Happy Wednesday, fluffy furiends, we hope your week has been pawsitively pawesome so far!
The weather at BBHQ over the last few days has been dry, warm and getting warmer. With yesterday hitting a scorchio 33 degrees Celsius... yeah, we're not keen on that number, but it's ok, we stayed indoors and were cool cats. There's been no rain again, which is utterly disappointing, but we're hoping for some later in the week.
And as we've had no flower photos for a few weeks, finally we've got a bit of colour back and we're delighted to share these with mew!
Delightful Pink Dahlias
Pom Pom Dahlias
Double deep pinky red rose.
Some colour is better than no colour!
The white cabbage butterflies have been laying eggs on the new cabbage plants the P.A. bought last week, so she's decided to leave those in the main garden as sacrifice plants, so the butterflies can get their numbers up, and then buy some more cabbage plants for the veg garden later this week when the netting is up, and they will be protected from being caterpillar food shortly! MOL
Anyhoo, let's look at this week's top headlines.
First up in the news this week
Smooch Snuggled on The Sofa
Smooch was having a dreamy time on the sofa the other evening, just look at that face... bliss!
Next up in the news
Melvyn's Looking Epic!
Melvyn's posing, he said he needed a bandana, but he looks good without one too! MOL
Fudge Enjoying His Cushion
Fudge got himself firmly ensconced on the huge cushion, only because Melvyn has been sleeping on it lately... yep, we know how that's going to end, don't we?!!! MOL
Today's Really Random Photo
Pandora!
Pandora's February 2019 throwback, what a little cutie!
That's us done for today. We'll be back again on Friday with more Melvyn mayhem from the Library Archive, so do join us then, as mew know how much we love your company.

Hi kitties!! Hope you get some rain and cooling off as well.
ReplyDeleteIt's good to see all of you looking well, and the color in the garden. Good luck with the sacrifice plants and the nets.
ReplyDeleteYou are all looking good and keeping cool in the hot weather. The pink dahlias are a beautiful colour.
ReplyDeleteWe luved seeing evfur body. And Lynn luvs the flowers. She tried roses one year and between the cabbage white caterpillars eatin' the leaves and the deer eatin' the flowers, she dug 'em up and threw them out. Evfurry thing outside the house is always hungry.
ReplyDeleteThe flowers are most beautiful, but the kitties are the very best.
