Supurr Monday greetings beautiful furiends
Parsley adores the crystal room and often goes in there when the P.A. is next door in the craft room. She has often found him purrched atop the big amethyst geodes; he seems to really relish in the soothing and calming energies.
If mew're feeling a stressed, purrhaps get a piece amethyst, and when mew feel the need just hold it gently and let the subtle vibrations wurk with your aura to help restore balance and harmony.
If mew would like to know more about crystals; how to cleanse them, how to programme them, how to choose them, different crystals to have, etc... let us know in the comments as we have a veritable wealth of information to share from the P.A.'s 3 decades of study and our paws-on experience.
Anyhoo, we do hope mew've all have a totally pawesome weekend, and that mew're ready fur the week ahead, so let's jump right in and start as always with our little breathing exercise, which we're sure mew all have down paw by now... but if mew've furgotten, stop what mew're doing fur a moment and take deep fulfilling breaths; counting to five on the inhale and five on the exhale:
Breathe in
Breathe out
Breathe in
Breathe out
Breathe in
Breathe out
Smooch is here again to offur mew assistance in getting your OM's on and Zen Harmonies happening, so just press play, close your eyes and follow his instructions.
Don't mew feel better already? I know we do!
Right-click image to save and/or print the mandala.
Here's our finished version; this week we thought the jewel-toned palette wurked really well, and we think the pink bits loosely remind us of the Eiffel Tower, what do mew think?
Don't furget mew can download** our free Colouring with Cats here:- Books One, Two, Three and Four.
So on that note, we'll say bye fur now and hope to see mew on Wednesday when we'll be here sharing this week's Pet Parade Blog Hop, and if mew haven't joined in last weeks yet, click here to join in as there's still time!

That's a terrific way to chillax Parsley!
ReplyDeleteThose breathing exercises are so helpful for relaxing, mew guys. Thanks!
ReplyDeleteAnd Parsley, that is one big amethyst. And it looks especially good with your amazing black furs right next to it.
Hugs to you all! And thank you for the epic mandala!
What a pretty Mandala, and such vibrant colours!
ReplyDeleteThat is a beautiful geode specimen, Parsley!
Petcretary's Dad was a gemologist, among other things, and he had a huge collection of rocks, minerals, gems and crystals. I have some of them now, and included a big hunk of dark amethyst, from a geode. (Not nearly as big as yours, though!) It was his birthstone...he would have turned 100 on Feb 1.
Wow, what an amethyst!
ReplyDeleteThat is a beautiful amethyst geode. I have one beside the bed but it is only a quarter the size of that one. When I bought it 10 years ago (after my first cancer diagnosis) the man in the shop told me to sing to it to activate it. I assumed he was joking, but I do talk to it. Recently I read that they can cause fluid retention. I have had that for years and take diuretics, so would it be better to move it from beside the bed?
ReplyDeleteMy mommy and her human sons are all Rock Hounds. She has many gemstone roughs. She has amethysist certainly, various of the Quartz family, her birthstone which is Sapphire, citrine, ruby as well as rubellite, garnet, emerald, you name it, she has it. She has fossils too. She enjoys their beauty and age.
ReplyDeleteYou know how I love to come here on Monday mornings for the breathing exercises. Always a great way to start off the workweek.
ReplyDeleteHave a purrfect day and week. My best to your wonderful mom. ♥

ReplyDeleteParsley! That is a beautiful Crystal! Mom was at an amethyst mine in Ontario a few years back and wanted to get one that size, but there was no room to bring it back! The ones we have are all too small to curl up on! And the mandala today is magnificent! Have a marvellously Happy Day!
ReplyDeleteThat is so cute how Parsley likes the amethyst. Nice mandala- thank you. XO
ReplyDeleteI have a collection of rocks and crystals, Parsley...but I wonder where I put them?!?
ReplyDeleteMom has some pretty rocks in a box. Maybe she needs to bring them out. Hold them. Simmer the hekk down. Loved breathing in and breathing out. It's what I do best. Purrs, Herms
