Happy Monday guys
Welcome to another fab Brain Training sesh on the blog, and this week I'm sharing a throwback from way, way, way back in June 2007.
The garden looks so different, look mum no trees!
I really loved my look-out purrch and was so sad when it fell to pieces after about 10 years and ended up on the bonfire. It was resurrected more than once, the P.A. even bought new sisal rope and redid all 4 legs, which she said during and after that she was never going to do it again! MOL
I am going to say it again, I can't believe how different the garden is today, it's a veritable jungle compared to this stark, treeless vibe. But then the P.A. did have a lot of opposition from her Uncle about what she wanted to plant tree wise. In fact, there was a time in 2009 when her Uncle poisoned three trees along the back border and killed them. I won't repeat what happened after.
But I will ask mew, what would mew have done, if your trees had been poisoned?
It's time to get those little grey cells working.

The answer key will be on next week's post.

And finally, here's this week's fabulous jigsaw puzzle!
It took me 9 mins 20 secs... How did you do?
I hope mew enjoy today's puzzles and we'll be back on Wednesday with some more midweek news, do stop by if mew get chance, until then...

Momma would be majorly MAD if somebody did that.
ReplyDeleteThanks for getting the grey matter in gear
ReplyDeleteI would be seething if anyone poisoned any of my trees/plants! That is a lovely flashback of you and was only 11 months after we started blogging.
ReplyDeleteAnd I thought I had it bad because The Hubby ran over a couple of pads of the prickly pear with the lawn mower, but I cannot image anyone damaging anything in my garden.
ReplyDeleteSo sorry you had to go through that, but now you have lushness that Angel Basil wishes he'd been able to romp in.
Am still planning a sort of mini-henge in our backyard...*wink*
Poisoning trees on purrpose? There wudda been hekk to pay. Banished from the property, fur sure. And I'd probably widdle on his shoes. Yoo know how potent cat pee is. Yoor garden must be a wonderland for the B Team.
ReplyDeleteDear Basil, no trees, no birds , no shade and at that point NO uncle. So glad to know the family has trees now. You get to keep an eye on all furever. Precious

Enjoyed the picture of you Angel Basil! Glad you have trees there now. Sorry to hear about what happened before. I'd be seriously upset with anyone who poisoned trees, oh my.
ReplyDeleteThat's an adorable photo and wish our brains good luck with the training!
ReplyDeletePoisoning even the so called wild trees here would make all of us quite upset and angry.
ReplyDeleteWe did that puzzle a while back...

ReplyDeletePoisoning trees is just utterly wrong. We hope karma kicked him in the rear end.
ReplyDeleteWhat a gorgeous kitty! I'm skipping the brain training until I've had some coffee.
ReplyDeleteFinished the puzzle and it took me 13 minutes.
