Supurr Monday greetings beautiful furriends
Well actually it's now technically Tuesday morning, want to know what happened? We were all set to get oodles done on the blog and books when the P.A. got home from wurk on Friday teatime. She obviously pandered to all our needs furst and then she decided to work on the last remaining mandala's fur our new colouring book which we'll be releasing early June. So anyway there she was drawing away and around 7 o'clock she started to feel unwell. Needless to say she came down with a really snotty cold and spent the most beautiful weekend of the year thus far with a dripping nose, runny eyes and feeling dreadful and unable to breathe purroperly.
No wurk got done at all, as a wet rag had more substance than the P.A. - but don't tell her we said that! MOL
So anyhoo, here we are, rather late but better late than neffur!
While the P.A. was sneezing furrociously and generally feeling miserable with her 20 boxes of tissues - yes she was having a pity pawty fur one - we didn't want to get involved as the weather was so glorious outside, and this was us...

Though as we were all OMMing it got rather warm so I decided to OM under the bush! MOL
Oh and before we pop off and leave mew in Smoochie's rather capable paws fur the breathing exercise, we'll be doing the draw fur the winner of the epically epic goodie bag on tomorrow's post with Amber, sorry about keeping mew in suspense, blame the P.A. and all the snot! MOL
Anyhoo, we do hope mew've all have a totally pawesome weekend and that mew're ready fur the week ahead, so let's jump right in and start as always with our little breathing exercise, which we're sure mew all have down paw by now... but if mew've furgotten, stop what mew're doing fur a moment and take deep fulfilling breaths; counting to five on the inhale and five on the exhale:
Breathe in
Breathe out
Breathe in
Breathe out
Breathe in
Breathe out
Smooch is here again to offur mew assistance in getting your OM's on and Zen Harmonies happening, so just press play, close your eyes and follow his instructions.
Don't mew feel better already? I know we do, and the P.A. would too if she could breathe purroperly... she'll have to wait a couple more days before she joins in! MOL
Just right click the image to save and print it...
And here's our finished version...
Coloured in on the iPad and transformed in Prisma, we think it looks like stained glass this week...
If mew'd like to share your peeps pawesome artwurk feel free to upload it to our Facebook page at:

ReplyDeleteI hope the PA is soon feeling better. Feeling rotten during such a beautiful weekend makes it 10 times worse. Tell her to get Vicks First Defence. It's a nasal spray which you use at the first sign of a cold. Even if it has already started, it stops it getting worse. It really does work! If she is around someone who has a cold, if she uses it as soon as she gets home for a couple of days it will keep the cold away.
those OMs are too funny and I LOVE your coloring! catchatwithcarenandcody
ReplyDeleteI got that snotty mess too! I'm still digging out from under all that snot. I swear, I've never seen so much! We hope your Mom feels better soon. I love this mandala ... must color ...
ReplyDeleteBeautiful mandala. I hope your mom feels better soon. XO
ReplyDeleteThat's a very pretty mandala. I hope your P.A. is feeling better quickly.
ReplyDeleteHope da PA are snot-free soon!
ReplyDeleteI sure hope Miss Cathrine is feeling better and is outside and enjoying the sun with you. Mom has somehow managed to avoid getting a cold bug this spring. Kisses for everypawdy!
ReplyDeleteI do hope by now that your PA is feeling a lot better. Our auntie came home from Europe on the 8th, and she too was sorting a brand new cold. Sheesh, must be some naughty germs there...MOL!
ReplyDeleteGet well wishes to all those who suffer from that malady...the cold. May the snot be ousted!
That is a pretty and bright mandala!
