This week: Frilled tulip magic, more floof explosions, puzzle chaos, and Parsley's new brush spot MOL
Furbulous Greetings Supurr Furiends
Welcome to the BBHQ midweek news round-up!
Happy Wednesday, supurr furiends, and thanks so much for dropping by. Settle in, get comfy, and let’s dive into what’s been happening at BBHQ this week.
First, let's talk about the weather. Well, while we've had a few sunny days, the breeze has been erring on the chilly side again, which kind of defeats its purpose completely. And the really funny thing is, while it's breezy all day, in the middle of the night, it's still as still as can be.
How weird is that? Breezy during waking hours, then still all night; it's been like this for the last year or two.
Anyhoo, who knows what's going on in this crazy world at the moment! MOL
And here's this week's flower offering: a lovely reddish-pink frilly tulip.
Isn't it pretty?
Here's this week's completed jigsaw.
Ravensburger Crazy Cats The Good Life 500 Piece Jigsaw Puzzle
If mew've been following the P.A.'s Puzzle Pawty at BBHQ, here's number three. To see the others, click the link below:
This was quite the challenge; it took about 4 or 5 evenings to complete. Next week, we'll share the first 1000-piece puzzle, and OMC, it was hard, especially when Fudge flicked a load of the pieces onto the floor with his tail! MOL
It's available from Amazon UK - no, there are no links or affiliates here, just pointing the way, if mew're interested.
Anyhoo, let's look at this week's top headlines.

First up in the news this week
Parsley's Sunny Spot
Parlsey was really enjoying a few window wiffles, and if mew look closely, there's evidence of him having a brush session... although he denied it! MOL
Next up in the news
Fudge on Frog Watch
Fudge heard one of the frogs croaking in the garden border, so he went to have a closer look.
And don't panic, he doesn't try to eat them or anything, he's just curious! MOL
In Other News
Pandora's Under The Gazebo
Pandora found a sweet sunspot under the gazebo, everypawdy loves it under the gazebo, it's the go-to place outdoors at BBHQ! MOL
Finally this week
Melvyn's Modelling The Top Bandana Pick
Last week, it was a tie between #1. #4 and #5 - so we thought we'd start at the top! MOL
Here's Melvyn modelling the Lilac with Pink Flowers, doesn't he look cute?
And as he's modelled this one before, mew can check out his runway strut her on your preferred social media channel:
Which one should he model next?
Here's the new May collection. And yes, we know there are only four Wednesdays in May, but we thought it would be fun to give mew five bandanas to choose from, and Melvyn loves this collection.
The May Collection:
1. Lilac with Pink Flowers
2. Purple Flowers
3. Blue Butterfly
4. Dark Cherry Blossom
5. White Cherry Blossom
Leave a comment with your top pick for next week!
That's us done for today.
Amber will be back on Friday with another pawesome book just for mew, plus updates on the Library's mood, and if mew missed any other posts, here are the links:

Your tulips are beautiful and everyone looks happy and healthy which is always a good thing. Nice work, Melvyn! I'd really like to see the purple soon.
ReplyDeleteAbsolutely love those cat steps! How pretty for the kitties to have something to climb up to the window seat. And to do a 500 piece puzzle in just a few evenings, wow. I'm jealous that you even get to do them. My husband has decided that we won't do any more. He's too competitive and things that some kind of game that has to be won.
ReplyDelete#4 or #5 next, please, Melvyn.
ReplyDeleteFudge, that floof of a tailio is magnificent!
#5 for next week, please.
ReplyDeleteI love all the shots and my favorite is Fudge's tail. Impressive.
