Colouring with Cats #40 ~ Getting Your OM on with Mandalas on Mondays

Supurr Monday greetings beautiful furriends

Welcome to another beautiful week on the blog.  The P.A. and Dad went to the National Pet Show at the NEC on Saturday so we'll be sharing all about that on Fridays post, they got lots of pictures to show mew, so don't miss out on that.

As many of mew know yesterday was Bonfire Night - UGGGHHHHH!!!!  We've been inside all weekend as some of the peeps in the village have been letting of fireworks willy-flipping-nilly since Friday teatime - oh joy - NOT!!!

So we are looking forward to getting our OMS on and Zen Harmonies restored this morning with mew all.

But we'll share a little tip with mew, when the fireworks are going off the P.A. plays us an old western, mew know the type... guns, stampedes, loud, loud, loud, etc... last night it was Clint Eastwood in Fur A Few Dollars More [1965] - an epically epic movie.  

See Amber and I couldn't have cared less what was going off outside, thank mew furry much Clint! 

Anyhoo, we do hope mew've all have a totally pawesome weekend and that mew're ready fur the week ahead, so let's jump right in and start as always with our little breathing exercise, which we're sure mew all have down paw by now...  but if mew've furgotten, stop what mew're doing fur a moment and take deep fulfilling breaths; counting to five on the inhale and five on the exhale:
