Epic Wednesday Greetings Furiends
Welcome to the BBHQ Midweek News Round-Up!
How's your week going?
Snowmaggedon didn't arrive after all those HORROR WEATHER PREDICTIONS. But it's only February, and yep, there's still a chance right through March, so we may get some at some point, though it's not guaranteed. We'd actually prefer it missed us altogether! MOL
The weather in recent days has been getting cooler. It was sunny on Caturday and Sunday, but the wind chill has plummeted to minus fingues since Monday. Roll on Spring, and talking of warmer months, we noticed a lot of the bulbs are growing really well, so with a bit of luck we should get some colour ... soooon .... but not soon enough!
It was a full moon on Sunday, so here's the obligatory moon photo.
It was quite odd, one second the moon wasn't there, the P.A. even checked her moon app to see where it should have been in the sky. And then the clouds parted, and it was visible.... MOL
Anyhoo, let's look at what the heathens have been up to this week.
First up in the news
Fudge and Parlsey on Pawtrol
It's been damp, did we mention that?
So Fudge and Parsley decided that they'd do their garden pawtrol by the gazebo.
Fudge insisted that he could see everything from the sofa, and it was much more civilised than going and getting one's paws or fur wet if they went deeper into the garden.
Parlsey agreed, and they had a lovely time! MOL

Next up in the news
Pandora Decided To Be Like Fudge
Pandora has been studying Fudge's technique for roof exploration - we think she nailed it! MOL
In other news...
Smooch Is Damp - Melvyn's Sneaky Ambush
Smooch went on a covert solo mission into the coal box and came out looking like Parsley. Well, that is a slight exaggeration. He was a muted black, so the P.A. had to wash his fur with a warm flannel. He didn't like the hair dryer, freaked out and went to sit by the woodburner
He'd just got dry apart from his chest fur, when Melvyn thought it would be a good idea for a sneak ambush ... yeah ... guess what Smooch did?
And finally this week
Melvyn's Modelling The Top Bandana Pick
Melvyn's modelling the #4 pick this week, as he loved the tassels.
It was a bit chaotic on the catwalk this week, but not as much as other times! MOL
We got another mysterious postcard from Nevis, so we are pretty certain that W.D.G. is wintering there! MOL
Check out Melvyn's videos on your preferred social media channel:
Which one is your favourite this week?

Wow, Pandora on the roof!!, Good idea to keep your paws clean and dry, but not going out in the wet garden. Melvyn you made me giggle, when you were trying to kick and chew on your bandana!
ReplyDeleteI like the red one with all the white hearts for the next time.
Pandora is brave with her roof top adventure. I am glad you didn't get snowmaggedon. We have been getting even more gales and torrential rain showed that the road at Slapton sands has been washed away, and serious damage to a lot of the houses including our favourite pub that we go to for fresh crab.
ReplyDeleteMelvyn it's great to see you modeling Valentine bandanas. And would you look at those kitties on the roof of the house! We were lucky and saw the full moon too because for two days in a row we had sunshine and clear sky in the daytime and stars at night. But we won't tell you how many degrees below zero it was.
ReplyDelete#3 with glitter ribbon!
ReplyDeleteYou all are just so adventurous, but that's because you fight the good fight, and are used to firing submachine guns.
#3 next week.
ReplyDeleteI love keeping up with all you kitties. You're all so precious.
I linked this post to Wordless Wednesday.
Have a fabulous day and rest of the week. Scritches to the kitties and a big hug to mom. ♥
Fabulous pictures! Love the roof pic of Pandora and the fringed bandana on Melvyn, and all the pics! We like the lilac fringe bandana for next week!

ReplyDeleteIt's always fun to peek at all of you through the week. I hope you don't get snow, but it's way too soon for winter to end. I'm hoping for cool and damp.
ReplyDeleteGreat modeling, Melvyn!
Y'all look amazing and be careful up there Pandora!
ReplyDeletePandora, you are making me nervous. Looking good Melvyn. I like the one with the purple fringe for next time. XO
ReplyDeleteWe vote for multi-coloured hearts with lilac fringing, Melvyn!
ReplyDeleteFudge and Parsley, that's a wonderful photo of you. And you, too, Pandora (do be careful up there, though)! Smooch, sorry you had to get a bath, but those are the consequences of going in the coal bin, we suppose. We hope Melvyn's ambush didn't startle you too much.
Wow Pandora on the roof and Melvyn with the bandana! Wonderful x 😽
