Furbulous Greetings Supurr Furiends
Welcome to the first BBHQ July midweek news round-up!
Last week, we had some tremendous warms, but this week, we're 10 degrees cooler, and there are no sunspots in sight—just check out Melvyn and Fudge later in the post.
Apparently, it's going to get sunnier again next week. One thing is for certain, British summers are a wholly unpredictable thing! MOL
So, with a rather dull and lacklustre week in the weather department, we thought we'd share some colour in the form of some of the gorgeous roses at BBHQ.
We have planted five more shrub roses, which came as a bundle and without a clue of what colour they might be. We're excited to see what they look like in bloom, although we're not expecting that reveal until next year.
And we planted a rather special one called Raspberry Ripple by Harkness, mew can see the picture at www.roses.co.uk, this one is doing quite well as we got it in the ground a couple of months ago, and if it blooms this year we'll definitely get a picture as we can't wait to see that epic effect on the petals! MOL

Smooch Getting His Zen Harmonies Happening
Smooch, who was rather disgusted at the lack of sunspots at BBHQ this week, decided to go and restore his zen harmonies on the huge mandala cushion in the crystal room.
He was quite grizzly about the temperature drop and growled all the way to the cushion.
Luckily his zen harmonies were soon restored -Thank Cod! MOL

Parsley's Epic Grounding Session
Parsley decided to do a spot of earthing or grounding on the lawn. If mew don't know what grounding is, check out this post from way back in 2017 to find out more.
He was really in his zen harmony zone here!
Finally this week
Melvyn's Modelling The Top Bandana Pick
This week, Melvyn is modelling the first bandana of July. Mew voted for Mr Sunshine last week.
He did the cutest roll on the catwalk this week!

Melvyn and Fudge Waiting For A Sun Spot
As previously mentioned, there were no sunspots whatsoever at BBHQ over the last few days, but that didn't stop Fudge and Melvyn from trying to will one into existence while reclining in the catservatory! MOL
