Parsley Sauces Supurr Sunday Safari on The Sunday Selfies Blog Hop with Cat on my Head #153

Supurr Sunday Salutations Pawesome Pals

Welcome to another selfie selection, and today we've got something a little bit different, as today Parsley is taking offur.

Quickly before we begin his solo selfie mission, the P.A. had a bit of an accident on Thursday evening; she went to pick up Fudge, and unfortunately her flip flop slipped and got caught under the doormat and she lost her balance and fell, the good news is door-frame stopped her splatting completely on the floor, the bad news is that the side of her head took the full brunt of the impact. So mew can imagine, her head is bruised and her neck and shoulder are jarred through the awkward way she fell.  We are monitoring her closely, as obviously these kind of injuries aren't to be taken lightly.  So far so good, but it may mean that The Last Big Jolly may be late this week, but we'll see how we go.

And now onto the main event, the field was cut and baled last week, so it makes a 4 acre kitty sized savanna.... mmmmm purrfect fur hunting now... so lets see what Mister Sauce aka Parsley does when he leaves the Bionic Basil HQ Compound and goes exploring or as we call it:- SPLORIN'.

So our theme today is:-

Sauces Supurr Sunday Selfie Safari

Here's wishing mew the best kind of Sunday, and we hope to see mew on Tuesday bright and breezy fur Part III of The Last Big Jolly all being well, pending no disasters! MOL

  1. What a cool place to explore - you guys are so lucky to have all this acreage. I hope your human heals fast, and that nothing was shaken too badly - I'm sending purrs.

  3. Great exploring! Eric and Flynn loved it after we had cut the fields for hay, and would carefully check every inch for ready minced mousies.

    1. Twitchy finger and I posted before I had chance to say that I hope the P.A. soon feels better. I'm glad she didn't do a complete splat, but I can imagine how sore she is feeling.

  10. Oh gosh, I hope your momma is OK! Head injuries can be very scary. Maybe if you all sit in her lap it will force her to rest, so she's not up moving around. That is a fine field that you have there. I bet you found all kinds of mousies, Parsley. Was it a mousie smorgasbord at dinner time at your house? Sending healing wishes for your momma.

  12. Parsley, we are SO envious of that big field you get to explore! We would LOVE to join you in a safari.

And we're sending purrs to the PA that she is okay and heals quickly. Guess those flip flops can be a little dangerous.

  14. Yikes! Sending loud healing purrs for your Mum.
Maybe a visit or several to the chiropractor will help her heal faster? Petcretary does that for issues of what she calls Calamity Jane episodes...

What a pawsome exploration of that field Parsley was making! Did he catch him any mousies?

  15. I have flip flops of doom too (okay, okay, more than one actually). You'd think I'd stop wearing them ... but no. Especially after the tip of one of my flip flops got stuck under the brake pedal and I couldn't unhook it to get my foot on top of the pedal. We hope your Mum is back to her glorious self soon ... OUCH. Parsley is quite the adventurer ... looks like he's got everything under control!
