Happy Wednesday, and thank mew so much for stopping by. Pull up a chair, get comfortable, and let’s dive into what’s been happening at BBHQ over the last few days.
The Weather Report
Oh my, it turned rather warm again yesterday, a heady 25C, lovely but no breeze. The last few days have also been very nice around 20C, utterly delightful. No rain, but that's on its way later today, and three days are forecast early next week.
So the weather is being well behaved, and zero complaints from BBHQ! MOL
This Week's Flower Offering
Sorry, no flowers today, but the trees are gorgeous, and the pink sky behind was just so pretty the other evening.
And to think 26 years ago, there wasn't a tree here... A quarter of a century later, it's like a mini woodland vibe... yeah, it's lovely.
Anyhoo, let's look at this week's top headlines.
Parsley's Bathing Under the Gazebo
So the other day, freshly laundered blankets went on the sofa under the gazebo.
Parsley wasted no time getting ensconced on that fresh blanket for a bath!! MOL
Smooch and Melvyn - Treat Time
And look how they positioned themselves; that's because the P.A. gives them a few each, and they've discovered that if they are back to back, they are more likely to eat everything they've been given.
Facing one another, this happens: Fudge will edge forward, hoover up everything in front of him, then back up and eat his. Yeah, very sneaky, but so Fudge!
Do mew have this issue in your home?
Finally this week...
Fudge On The Prowl
"Classified!"
Pandora reckoned he was stalking a pigeon. Here's hoping he doesn't get served with a restraining order anytime soon!!! MOL
Today's Really Random Photo
I’m glad the weather is better, the trees and sky are gorgeous, all of you are looking busy and healthy, and wow, you are all epic!
ReplyDeleteThank mew so much, Mimi! 😺🌳🌞💜
DeleteWe’re delighted mew enjoyed the weather update, BBHQ has been basking in those gorgeous skies and woodland vibes! The trees really are showing off right now. 🌲✨
Sending big purrs and hugs from all of us at BBHQ! 🐾💜
Si que están preciosos. Me encantó. Besitos
ReplyDeleteThank mew so much, Nuria! 😺🌳💗
DeleteWe’re delighted mew think the trees are meautiful, they’ve been giving BBHQ the most magical woodland vibes lately, especially under that pink evening sky. 🌸🌅✨
Sending mew lots of purrs from all of us at BBHQ! 😽🐾💜
How lovely the pink sky looks. Our sky here has been dark gray soaking wet for about 5 days straight. And actually for about 3 months. And our temperatures have turned cold and I am absolutely not ready to give up bicycling. Love seeing all the kitties and can't decide which one to pick up first and give a big snuggle to.
ReplyDeleteThank mew so much, Lynn and Precious! 😺🌸💜
DeleteWe’re so sorry mew’ve had endless grey skies and soggy days, three months of rain is far too much for anypawdy! 🌧️😿
We hope mew get a break in the weather soon so mew can keep bicycling, Parsley says cycling is essential for maintaining optimum hooman zoomies! 🚲✨
We’re delighted mew enjoyed seeing all the kitties this week. The B Team is always ready for snuggles… though choosing who to pick up first is definitely the hardest part! MOL 😹🐾💗
Sending sunshine, dry skies, and warm purrs from BBHQ!
Java Bean: "Ayyy, that looks like a great yard for hanging out and relaxing! Are you taking AirBnB reservations from dogs, by any chance?"
ReplyDeleteHiya Java Bean, mew adorable pup! 😺🐶🌞
DeleteWe’re delighted mew think the BBHQ yard looks like a top‑tier relaxation resort, Parsley says it’s five‑star floof‑approved! MOL 😹🌳✨
As for AirBnB reservations… well, the B Team says dogs are welcome as long as they agree to the following terms:
1️⃣ No chasing the resident floofs.
2️⃣ No barking at the tactical gear.
3️⃣ No attempting to eat Fudge’s snacks (he WILL notice).
If mew can agree to that, we’ll roll out the welcome mat and a treat hampurr or two! 😸🐾💜
Purrs and tail wags from BBHQ!
I love your yard. I love your plants. I love your flowers. I love your home. I love your cats and I love you.
ReplyDeleteThank you for joining the Wordless Wednesday Blog Hop.
Have a fabulous Wordless Wednesday. Scritches to the kitties and a big hug to you. ♥
Aww Sandee, thank mew so much! 😺🌸🌳💜

And yes, Fudge against the sky and trees is a total show‑stopper… he looked like he was starring in his own nature documentary!!! MOL 😹🌳🌤️

It’s been a bit brisk here too in the early mornings, Parsley says it’s ‘optimal for maximum whisker crispness.’ MOL 😼❄️
Sending warm purrs and cosy vibes from all of us at BBHQ! 🐾💜
Fudge, using that huge tailio to balance yourself on the ledge, like a tightrope walker.
ReplyDeleteMOL! Thank mew so much, sweeties! 😹🧡🐾
DeleteFudge says his magnificent tailio is multi‑functional:
✔ Tightrope‑walking stabiliser
✔ Pigeon‑stalking rudder
✔ Fence‑prowling counterweight
✔ And occasionally… a floofy dusting device! 😼✨
He was very proud of his high‑wire performance, totally convinced he could join the circus if BBHQ ever lets him.
Sending big purrs and tail‑balancing greetings from all of us at BBHQ! 🐾💜🌳
Kitties do not play when it comes to treats, do they? Lovely cat pictures: a beautiful lounging area with a pretty sky, a bench, and shady trees. It's great to see you all today!
ReplyDeleteThank mew so much, Heidi! 😺🍪💜
DeleteOh mew are so right, kitties take treat time VERY seriously. Smooch, Melvyn and Fudge treat it like a competitive sport! MOL 😹🐾

Those trees are so beautiful, mew guys. We loved seeing Parsley, Smooch, Melvyn, and Fudge. We have no idea who opened the portal. Who could it be???
ReplyDeleteThank mew so much, sweeties! 😺🌳💜
DeleteWe’re delighted mew loved the trees and the B Team pics, they were all showing off this week! MOL 😹
As for who opened the portal… the whole squad is baffled. Parsley suspects ‘interdimensional mischief,’ Fudge says ‘not me,’ and Pandora is taking notes.
We’ll crack the case soon! 🐾✨
Your pictures are all amazing! The trees are beautiful and it looks like you had a great time on the fence, Fudge😺Double Pawkisses for a wonderful day to all of you and Have fun sweeties🐾😽💞

Sending double Pawkisses right back and wishing mew all a wunderpurr day! 🐾😽💜
You make me nervous up there Fudge. XO
ReplyDeleteMOL! Thank mew, Auwnty Ellen! 😹🧡
DeleteFudge says there’s no need to be nervous, his giant supurr floof is professional‑grade balancing equipment! 😼🌳
But we still tell him to be careful… because he does love those high places a bit too much.
XO and purrs from BBHQ! 🐾💜
