Welcome to the BBHQ midweek news round-up!
Good gravy, it's been a warm few days at BBHQ, a bit too humid for our liking, so the fans have been on to keep us cool. But today, Monday, is very oppressive and heavy, no, not like gravity but just really close. There was a little thunder and lightning late morning, and some lovely black clouds rolled in, and for a few minutes, we thought, YAY RAIN!
But no, we got half a fluffing dozen juicy, fat raindrops splatter in the courtyard, which instantly evaporated, and then it was gone. Talk about a massive disappointment and a total letdown,
We were looking forward to the humidity being fluffed right off for a bit, but hey ho, so it goes.
Oh wait, just a moment. We hear thunder again. Maybe Fudge's Raindance worked? We'll let mew know. *Update* Nope, it was a massive disappointment again!
And before we forget, did we show mew the supurr cute, mini TTTB birdfeeder?
Yep, even the birds at BBHQ have got their furry own mini Time Travelling Telephone Box! MOL

As he had a sudden urge to bathe, check him out on TikTok.
Then he decided to was time for catnap, so he retired to his new favourite spot.
The jumbo cat cushion, where he snoozed blissfully all afternoon. What a life! MOL

Melvyn's Modelling The Top Bandana Pick
This week, Melvyn is modelling the second bandana of August, and today's top pick is the #4 option with the pink butterflies. And we'll let mew in on a little secret, the P.A. loves this one! MOL.
This weeks catwalk strut took less than one minute to film, Melvyn was on fire! (Well, not literally on fire, obviously! MOL) Fudge was right in the thick of things on the last run too, apparently he said and I quote, he was chaperoning Melvyn along the catwalk!!! MOL YEAH, RIGHT!!!

This is Melvyn's latest book, and he will be reviewing it later in the year.
He is really enjoying reading on the Kindle now Amber has got a remote page-turner, he said, and I quote, "It's the best fluffing thing ever!" MOL
Oh, and Amber had a bit of an idea. She wants to know if mew'd like her to review more NON-CAT books? As she's been devouring some really good non-cat books lately, so what do mew think?

That little bird feeder is so cool. And Pandora and Fudge are sure looking good! We also loved the video -- your PA is so talented.

Melvyn does such a good job on the cat walk. I vote for purple irises next week. I have a lot of books that don't involve cats, so whatever Amber reviews is fine by me.
