It's been a rather cool week a BBHQ, no rain but dropping temperatures, which, in all honesty, we're not too thrilled about, as our summer was a very hit and miss affair, which a few short weeks of hideous scorchio temperatures and the rest of the time a combination of a complete miserable washout and dull damp-squib days.
But, the weather aside, just look what we've got lined up for mew...
OH MY COD!!!!
Landing here on the 31st of October!!!
Well, after that unexpected announcement, we'd better get on with the news, so let's look at this week's top headlines.
First up in the news
Smooch and Melvyn Are Not Happy That The P.A. Wants to Move The Desk
The radiator has been leaking; the P.A. only just found it, and she wanted to move the desk.
We were not up for that, at all, on any level. So Melvyn and Smooch staged a bit of a sit in and sit on, thus preventing said desk from being moved.
The P.A. has plans today to move the desk by any means necessary, so we're not sure how Smooch or Melvyn are going to deal with that! MOL
We'll keep mew apprised on this story as it unfolds.
Next up in the news
Amber and Fudge's Latest Book Meeting
Amber and Fudge have reached a bit of a stalemate. Mew see, Fudge went to the library and borrowed a new book called Cats'n'Guns by Sgt. Boomer Hackenfluff.
Finally this week
Melvyn's Modelling The Top Bandana Pick
Black Cat Surpise was voted for last week, and here he is, looking supurr cute!
Which one should he model next?
EXTRA, EXTRA!
From Worrying Sick for Her Own Cat to Vowing to Never Let
Another Cat Go Through
the Same Experience as Her Django
For many of us, our cats are more than just pets—they’re
family. That’s why it’s so
heartbreaking when they suffer in silence, hiding their pain
like the secretive little furballs they
are. This is exactly what happened to Sonita, co-founder of
Feniska, and her beloved cat
Django.
Django developed bladder stones, a painful condition that
went undetected until it was
almost too late. Like many cats, he didn’t show any obvious
signs until the condition had
become severe. Watching him suffer, Sonita felt helpless and
heartbroken. It was a life-
changing moment that led her to vow: that no other cat
parent should have to go through the
same experience.
Determined to find a way to monitor cats’ health more
effectively, Sonita created the Feniska
Base. This smart device keeps track of your cat’s toilet
visits and weight, warning early about
potential health issues. It’s designed to be a simple but
powerful tool for cat parents who
want to stay one step ahead of any problems their cats might
face.
Why the Feniska Base Is a Lifesaver
We all know how sneaky our little furballs can be. They can
hide in the tiniest places, and
unfortunately, they’re just as good at hiding their health
problems. That’s where the Feniska
Base comes in. If your kitty is making more trips to the
litter box than usual or losing weight,
the Feniska Base will alert you via your smartphone. It’s
like having a mini vet at home!
This tracker isn’t just about convenience; it’s about peace
of mind. Protecting our babies and
saving expensive vet treatment costs. For Sonita, it means
that Django’s suffering wasn’t in
vain. It means she’s helping other cat parents avoid the
same heartache she felt. And for all
the cat parents out there, it’s a way to keep your fur
babies healthy—because we know they
deserve nothing less!
Join Us on Our Mission

mom, dad, or admirer of our furry friends, we’d love for you
to join our campaign. Let’s join
paws to make sure no cat has to suffer in silence. Together,

The B Team's Selfie starring Fudge
I'm sorry summer seems over already even though it never really showed up properly to begin.
ReplyDeleteWow, that's going to be an epic new adventure! I can imagine the PA did NOT say, "Very well, I'll get right on top of that." I'm not even going to speculate on what she did say.
Unless you want the floorboards rotting under the desk, it needs to be moved so repairs can be done. I'm sure the desk will be moved back once it's been repaired.
Fudge, some better advice than hiding, find that doggone book!
Melvyn did stick his tongue out, and a cute little tongue it is. The Batty Bats would be fun for next week.
Great modelling, Melvyn! Smooch, if looks could kill that desk would never be moved! I can't wait for next week for the new epic adventure. Hope you find that book Fudge, or you are in big trouble!
ReplyDeleteAmazing new health indicator provided for cats. Thanks for the info. Melvyn you should wear number 5! Batty! And now the desk, what a challenge fur Smooch and Melvyn and PA. Hope the radiator wins.
ReplyDeleteY'all are looking most fabulous but oh no, I hope the radiator leak is fixed. Talk about an epic adventure, your new one looks great. Thanks for joining Angel Brian's Thankful Thursday Blog Hop!
ReplyDeleteWe need to make sure our babies are as healthy as can be.

We are excited for a new adventure!
Looking good Melvyn- you are such a great model. I would hide too Fudge. Or keep looking for that book. Poor Amber is going to be devastated. XO
