It's been a rainy and much colder week at BBHQ, and with the rain came the start of the leaf fall. So guess what, that's another job for this week! MOL
Melvyn very kindly inspected one of the garden paths for his leaf fall report, which was then handed to the P.A. with instructions for sweeping and putting in the compost bins.
However, the P.A. has had an idea to make a snuggly Hedgehog retreat in the corner of the garden behind the Scotch Pine with all the leaves that won't fit into the compost bins. She's just trying to get a few pallets from work to create an open-style box, so the leaves aren't up against the fence and there's still airflow. So we'll let mew know if she manages to get one built this season.
Anyhoo, let's look at this week's top headlines.
First up in the news
Pandora Under The Gazebo
Next up in the news
Fudge on The Roof
His report featured several slipped tiles, although he didn't tell anypawdy that he caused the slippages! MOL
Finally this week
Melvyn's Modelling The Top Bandana Pick
Melvyn really enjoyed this week's modelling assignment, and check out his cute catwalk roll in the Ravens video - Bandana 6, it was adorable!
Which one should he model next?

Tell us your top pick for next week in the comments!
That's us done for today, Amber will be back on Friday with another fab book just for mew to start the new book review season, and if mew missed any other posts, here are the links:
The B Team's Druid's Temple Selfie
Fudge, the view from up there must be epic. And Pandora such a lovely photo of you in repose! How nice of your PA to think about building a cozy hedgehog retreat. We hope she figures out how to get it done.
ReplyDeleteMaybe you could do the spiderwebs next, Melvyn!
HUGS!
Pandora Under the Gazebo sounds like an Agatha Christie novel
ReplyDeleteGardens always are a lot of work...our leaves were too soggy from recent downpours to do anything with them yet...we have more trouble with all the black walnuts than we do the leaves, though...except maybe the catalpa trees...they have HUGE leaves...and make an awful mess.... Those Bandana movies were all cute, esp the photobombers! LOL!
ReplyDeletefudge…dood…de gurl watches “ escape to the country “ tho they bee ree runz heer …
ReplyDeleteN we gotta say we haz knot seen a cat on de roof yet! yeow buddy…bee care ful up ther š
wavez two everee one N we hope de hedge hog hotel werkz out ….off two watch tik tok !
That PA would make a hedgehog furry furry happy with his furry own house. And Fudge, you look a bit wind blown up there. Don't encourage roof leaks.
ReplyDeleteYour kitties are most adorable.
ReplyDeleteHalloween hearts are my pick.
Have a fabulous day and rest of the week. Scritches to all the kitties and a hug to mom. ♥
Everyone is lookin' good and Melvyn is handsome in those bandanas! I predict that next week's bandanas will be Halloween Heart and Orange Spider Webs!
ReplyDeleteHalloween Heart! Pandora, you look stunning. Fudge, I know you did NOT cause the slippages! I just know it.
ReplyDeleteFudge, up on the roof...what fun!
ReplyDeleteA hedgehog retreat! I love that idea. The only things that would move in to such a place here would be the raccoons or the opossums, and you don't want them around too close.
ReplyDeleteMaybe Mr. F needs to let someone else inspect the roof from now on.
Melvyn is a wonderful model, so handsome in all he wears. I can hardly wait for the orange spider web bandana, I do love arachnids.
Boy, y'all sure do get around and about! Thanks for joining our Thankful Thursday Blog Hop!
ReplyDeleteStay off the roof Fudge! Looking good Melvyn. I like the spider one. :) XO
ReplyDeleteThank you for joining the Wordless Wednesday Blog Hop.
