Good gravy guys, welcome to the Spooky Season, hopefully, the new blog header is up. We temporarily used last years, as we ran out of time last week, but all paws crossed it will be live by the time mew are reading this! MOL The Halloween header won't go up until later in the month.
We mentioned a few days ago, that we were going to try and get the catnip plants cropped, but it's done nothing but rain, and it's no good cropping it when it's wet, as it will just dry mouldy. If things dry up in the next few days, we'll be good to go.
Oh, and we were surprised in the garden the other day, as normally our lupins finish blooming in July, and even though they get dead-headed, they've never produced more flowers later in the season, until now!
Just look at this.
One lone lupin, in the most delightful shade of blue literally just popped up. This is unheard of for BBHQ, so we're feeling epically blessed that this little plant pulled out all the stops to produce this magnificent bloom.

Lynn and I luv blue flowers. She has none so she likes yours. Me, I think Melvyn looks super handsome in a tie and color! Hope you git to pick the nippy soon. Mine is all lush agin, now that Lynn dead headed it after the birdies ate seeds. Lynn helped me chose number 2 on the bottom
